Bad customer service, no “best before” date
I had an order of multiple packs of protein powder, however, when it was delivered, one of the packs had missing “best before” date stamp. I reached out to customer support about it, their solution was just give me some random date in the future saying that it matches their delivery records. Obviously that gives me very little piece of mind since you could say that about anything, and I have no proof that this is not just some old stock. I expressed my concern, but they didn’t care and closed the ticket. Wouldn’t recommend and will not buy from them again in the future.

Bad delivery, bad control of the goods
The package left in the garden by the courier ("Poste Italiane") in the pouring rain. The complimentary semi-free bottle with a cracked (and therefore sharp) metal outer casing. I still trust the products, as my AI assistant suggests, but relying on Poste Italiane for deliveries (and not checking the integrity of the goods before shipping) is definitely not a good idea.
