Terrible company, better avoid
There are no words to describe how bad my experience with HSN was.
Their website is full of errors that prevent you from completing your order, followed by countless emails with no explanation and customer support that does not care in the slightest. Even after finally managing to complete the order, there has still been no update after almost two weeks, and they do not seem willing to assist.
The worst experience I’ve had, better avoid this company.

I find it ridiculous that your products…
I find it ridiculous that your products do not include a measuring scoop. For the amount of money customers pay and for a company that claims to offer premium-quality products, this is simply unacceptable and unprofessional. A serious company should provide a basic measuring scoop inside the package, especially for supplements where accurate dosage is important. This creates unnecessary inconvenience for customers and gives a very poor impression of your brand. I honestly expected much better standards from your company.

Measuring scoops are optional for each order and product, as has been the case for the past few years.
In your order 300564684 , we can see that they were not selected for shipment.
We consider the scoop to be a reusable plastic item, and as part of our environmental commitment, we allow customers to decide whether they wish to request it or not.
If you would like to receive one, you simply need to tick the “I need a scoop” option in your cart. As long as your order includes at least one HSN powder product, you can add a free measuring scoop (one per product/serving size) and obtain additional ones at a reduced price of €0.50, depending on the powder products included in your order.

Excellent dietary supplements. I took protein and creatine for the first purchase. I have been taking supplements for 10+ years. I was a little afraid of what the HSN supplements would be like because I bought them for 200eur without a trial. But I can say that the first impression is excellent, they exceeded my expectations. The taste is excellent double chocolate, they contain enzymes, they are not too sweet or tasteless. It does not foam. The density is perfect for adding to oatmeal or just mixing with water. Perfect! The price is great! I only buy HSN from now on. My proposal is to introduce a 5 kg package. And to give out testers with other flavors than the purchased one, so that you can choose a flavor or 2. Because I always buy only chocolate because I'm afraid to try it with a larger quantity. In fact, there are a lot of things to emphasize about HSN, the way of communication and presentation of facts related to supplements. I don't remember seeing such clear, detailed and FAIRLY presented information about supplements anywhere in the world. 100% transparency without BS. That's how business is done! A clear 10 from me! Website badly translated to Portuguese
I am from Portugal, and the website is translated to Brazilian Portuguese and not European Portuguese.
This leads to a bad experience.
A complaint was already done into the customer support, and nothing was done.
Will not buy from this store unless a proper translation in Portuguese from Portugal exists!
