Multiple items don't qualify for basic discount codes - including the website's sign up discount! I'm unable to understand why a website would mislead me into signing up for a discount and then it not being applicable to all products. Very misleading.

Really, really poor experience.
Ordered a ring to celebrate our new baby and the day before it was due to be delivered, I got an email saying its now not available for another few weeks. They don't have live stock updates on their website in the 21st century...this is beyond me.
I called and spoke to Andrew and after that, I had no further comms. I emailed 3 times including saying to cancel the order on the 11th August. I then have now been told the order is being delivered today!!!! When I just spoke to someone, they said Andrew has moved departments, i questioned why no one is picking up his work....they had no clue why. You have taken nearly £1k from me and now i have to wait for the return to be processed to get MY money back. Goldsmiths managed to get me a similar ring within 48 hours, I know who I will be ordering from in the future and it will not be H Samuel.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced this week at the Swansea store.
Emily was so lovely and took her time preparing the area and making it a lovely experience. My daughter is thrilled. Thanks again Emily.

Have just purchased a £149.99 smart watch. Headline is free delivery on orders over £40 yet a £1.99 delivery fee was added or option to pay £4.95 for express delivery, but no option for free delivery.

Have taken a screen shot showing the free delivery option in case it is queried.

Lots of offers being shown but none applicable to the watch I bought.

Easy ordering. Easy to find what I was looking for. Great to get 10% off my order.

Excellent price for the watch I wished to purchase - in fact the cheapest I could find on the internet. Easy to order and check out, using payment instalments

My wife and I went into H Samuel Bedford on 19/082026 to get some new links inserted into her Sekonda watch. A trainee assistant referred us to her manager who was on the phone. We waited in front of her manager, who did not acknowledge us, but just kept on talking for several minutes. I set a timer, after which we would have left, but the manager finished on the phone just before the timer went.

This was our third visit relating to the matter. The first time, a previous assistant took the details, said the service would be free, and promised to contact us when she had obtained the links, but never did. The second time we went in, we were told they no longer partnered with Sekonda, so we would have to pay a fee.

So, when the manager finally got off the phone, I explained that I was happy to pay for the links, and asked my wife to show her wrist, so we could determine how many links we needed. The manager simply replied that they could not help, because they do not keep a tape measure in the shop. That was clearly an absurd and ridiculous excuse. As H Samuel does sell watches and must sometimes have to adjust the straps, I inferred that she simply couldn't be bothered because this would not a be high value sale.

We previously bought our wedding rings at the shop, and, for example, my wife had bought a ring there for over £1,000 ( but which some time later another jeweller would only pay £150 for).

In summary, we find the new staff rude and unhelpful, and we no longer trust the brand. Needless to say, we will never stop there again.

Ease of ordering but very disappointed I cannot collect same day but have to wait 6 days! Click and collect should be sooner!!

Me and my friend we went to get his ears pierced this week on Monday at H Samuel’s skipton and we had an amazing experience the lady was lovely and made us feel comfortable and talked him through all the steps I would definitely go back.

Really happy to find a watch I was looking for. Becky Ward, at the Reading branch was engaging, helpful, kind, informative and attentive. I had a brief but pleasurable conversation with her about all my watches and was very happy to add another to my humble collection. I've ordered a new bracelet and shall go back to see if they'll be able to fit it for me.

Popped in the other day with a ring that was misshaped and they reshaped my ring there and then and also gave it a polish and it looked amazing and it cost absolutely nothing great service can definitely recommend

Lady was really helpful and checked which style of ring we were looking to buy so the correct sizer was used .
We were buying using PayPal so needed to buy through website - but they told us if there were any issues like didn’t like or fit we could come in-store to rectify which we didn’t know

I asked my wife to take my muched loved silver bracelet to have a new lobster clasp fitted ,as the spring failed on my 10 year old bracelet. Along with this i wanted a new jump ring fitted to my deceased mothers TINY cross . I gave my wife £40.00 just in case. When she said i owed here another £34.00 ,a total of £74.45, I nearly died, I spent days and days looking at new bracelets on every site you can imagine for prices to buy a new bracelet. £125.00 was for a brand new one . So I thought 1/3 rd should cover a new lobster claw and tiny ,tiny jump ring. It's no wonder that all high street shops are going bust, THEY ARE TAKING THE P**s .SHAME ON YOU SAMUEL. Sending it away to get repaired ????? really you're telling me as a well known high st.Jewellers you cannot do that in store ????????. Amazon sells lobster clasps for £6.99 +, and a BAG of sterling silver jump rings for £8.99. F.O** enjoy the early retirement. YOU ARE NEXT for closure.
