I would like to leave a review for the staff of H Samuel's on Lord Street, Southport. A great team, especially Diane, very helpful indeed, giving me plenty of info, and help helping me to choose the present I needed for my wife, thank you very much

Not received the watch yet so too early to comment but the ordering process was easy to complete

called in on a rainy thursday afternoon as i was looking for some stud earings as a thank you gift It was so nice to be greeted by the two staff alex and ann who made me feel welcome and advised me on what product to buy which i did.
No pushy sales just pleasent and helpfull

Hi I would just like to thank Andrea for all her help and support again today. It was my 2nd visit this week and yet again it was a pleasure and a joy to be treated with such professionalism, which can be rare in this day and age. Great shop, great staff who are pleased to help anyway they can nothing is to much.

Bought a watch for my husband, was greeted by a lovley young girl called Alex. She was extremely helpful, really friendly and she didn’t pressure to buy. We enjoyed the experience of shopping in Southport store thanks to Alex.

I had gone to buy a new engagement ring having lost a stone out of my old one. The store assistant was a breath of fresh air, pleasant, polite, so helpful and knowledgeable. Could not do enough for us, what an asset to your company. Would definitely go and see her again when buying jewellery

I wanted an eternity ring and had seen a variety when searching different jewellers on the internet in my partner’s price range (up to £800.00) H. Samuels we’re by far the best. They had a very good selection on offer, I had narrowed it down to 6 options before visiting the shop in Southport to try them on and was overjoyed with them all. Picked THE one😀 service was brilliant. Well done Southport H. Samuel

Not the fault of the staff present, but it was a slow process to purchase the additional insurance for the item I bought.

I purchased a Citizen watch and the service I received was excellent. I love the watch and I recommend H Samual.

I actually took in a Seiko solar watch for repair to your Southport branch I am awaiting news of it. I bought at Accurist watch to use whilst waiting news of the Seiko. The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. If I need a new Seiko I will buy it there.
