The parcel is not delivered yet

The parcel is not delivered yet. Trackingnumber 02343179002542. Since 3 weeks delivery failed and arrived the return facility. I do not know why???? The return address is correct:

BEWARE

I have screenshots as proof of what I report.

I ordered on November 7th merchandise to be delivered to my office.

By tracking HR PARCEL declared:

- to have tried to deliver on November 28th at 21:53 (in the dead of night???);

- to have retried on November 29th at 13:17 (on Saturday and on lunch break at an office???);

- to have tried newly on December the 2nd at 20:38 (on very late dinner time at an office???);

- to have returned the shipment to the sender on December the 9th.

On December the 13th the sender has no news about the shipment.

Parcel stuck at a ware house and no information received

My parcels have been stuck at a warehouse in Rome for over a week with no tracking updates and no explanation. It’s been impossible to reach a real person — customer support only leads to an automated chat with generic answers that don’t address the issue.

The parcels contain important personal belongings, so the lack of information is extremely concerning. I understand delays can happen, but having no updates and no way to get a clear status for this long is very stressful — especially since I didn’t choose HR Parcel myself. I used Hermes International (which has been reliable for me in the past), and now I don’t know where my things are and no one is able to help.

I’m posting this review as a last resort and asking HR Parcel to contact me urgently, clarify what is happening, and help resolve this as soon as possible.

They never deliver the package on time

They never deliver the package on time. They said that they couldn't deliver because there was nobody at home, but they never rang the doorbell. So I guess they never attempted to deliver. What if I was waiting for something that was urgent and that I have to use the next day? I hope they solve the logistics problems

There is no way to contact them

There is no way to contact them. Their service is really horrible. from 22 October is written that my pack is arrived in Sesto Fiorentino and today after 6 days they have finally updated the status and put again your package is arrived in Sesto Fiorentino. My pack should be delivered today.

SCAM! + No customer service (Only AI)

No customer service (Only AI). Marks delivered on packages that have not been delivered. No tracking updates. Avoid at all costs!

Edit (November 2025): customer service sent one email saying they were “looking into it” and then went unresponsive. NEVER SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY.

Impossible to contact

Impossible to contact - I have written using the contact form and email and have tried to call every number I have been able to find for the company (three in total). I can see from the tracking that HR Parcel has had my package sitting in their local warehouse here in Turin and no one has replied to me on when my package will actually be delivered. It is now 3 days past the latest date from the range given.

Edit: Parcel number M20251004000081 In the end the parcel was delivered 1 week after my review. The parcel could have been delivered on time if it hadn't been left in their warehouse here in Turin for so long. As it was, it arrived too late and we purchased another item from a another vendor and had to return the products we originally ordered. Terrible.

I’m still waiting for my package

I’m still waiting for my package, today it was supposed to be delivered, I saw by the tracking that they tried to deliver it to me but the recipient (me) was absent at the time of delivery. Unfortunately I’ve been always at my place and nobody came to deliver me the package, I hope they will call me tomorrow to warn me about the delivery.

They sent me an email saying that the address was wrong, I replied to try to get another delivery before 24 hours like they said. No replies whatsoever i sent them 3 emails. Now the package is being sent back to China. Actual scammers.

been wating for a package for over a…

been wating for a package for over a week which they have had, and today i was supposed to receive it Been indoors waiting for it all day and then to receive a message saying that they delivered it this evening when they clearly didn't I have now got in contact with a seller to tell them to get it sorted out and strongly suggest never to use this company again Absolute disgraceful nothing worse than being told that they have delivered some think when they clearly haven't

The delivery guy was ridiculous

The delivery guy was ridiculous. Few weeks ago one of the parcel from Firmoo went missing yet they shown delivered. We rearranged another one with Firmoo. This time we made sure the delivery guy has all the information in order to contact us. From phone number to building intercom. Yet the delivery guy used none of that. We tracked the parcel and waited in front of the balcony. And this guy literally parked and got off the car and threw the parcel carelessly in apartment buildings gate. He didn’t even contact us or anything. Anyone could take the parcel and we wouldn’t have any clue whatsoever(like the last time). We shouted to call the guy. He looked and carelessly went way.
We have the video of him (unfortunately not where he threw it) and his car registration is FK 250CL. (31july.2025)
How can a parcel delivery company employ this kind of a**hole who doesn’t care about people property?
This company should get bankrupt.

These people don't have backbones and…

These people don't have backbones and are still stealing from people. I already started the legal process and my lawyer has already send them an email, of which, if they don't reply, they will face the consequences. Either give me my packages (02156179001053 & 02156179001060) back or pay the equivalent of the amount. I hope the worst and hope your company shuts down. The packages were never delivered and these thieves after complaining numerous time updates the status that they are delivered.
