A Downhill Journey …
This company acquired American Property Services in 2016 and our services immediately started to decline. Not only are we paying significantly more than previously (nearly double or previous contact), we're receiving less services and support. Further, the response time for requests and services has suffered. Inaccuracies in billing is prevalent, and rudeness has become their mode of operation. Very sad!
