See update: The battery that I received doesn't…
Hello, again, I bougth a battery for my laptop some days ago and I posted the following message "The battery that I received doesn't work at all, I will return it, let's see how the process works, for the moment, I am very unsatisfied!", and I am updating it now with the status: It was confirmed that the battery was defective and the support refunded me the total amount of the cost as I requested, but they offered me to send a new battery at no cost as well. I changed the raiting for my feedback from 1 to 4 stars, since the battery was defective (I guess that this can happen at any time to any provider), but the support was good. I did this update on my own will and still leave this post, for reference of other people. Thanks

Battery charge over expectations, desing has a little minus
Delivery was fast, product arrived in excellent condition, charges rapidly and uses it efficiently.
Measurements for screw holes are just a little bit off (horizontal), couldn´t fasten one side appropriate.

After contacting the dealer, I received no feedback. After sending a reminder, I got hints which didn`t tackle the real problem. So I disposed the new batterie and purchased a new one with better quality.

The battery for the HP 440 G7 only…
The battery for the HP 440 G7 only delivers 80% of the capacity although it should be new.
I reached out to the seller and we agreed on a solution for this problem.
I can suggest the seller due to their great customer support!

devective after 13 months
The delivery was fast and the installation worked well. Unfortunately, the battery is already defective after 13 months, after 10 minutes the power supply cuts off without a warning and computer shuts off.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, good price and in the end also the right product for the replacement of the hp-laptop-battery. Maybe the bill could be better, specially for the tax office. I had one delivery address, which is different to my address, which is important for the tax office. In German we say "Lieferadresse" and "Rechnungsadresse" and I had submit this "Rechnungsadresse" and I doesn`t got this bill, only with the "Lieferadresse" (delivery address). I hope my tax office will accept it.
