Exceptional service
The staff at Howdens Potters Bar are absolutely fantastic.
Mark the manager always goes the extra mile, Mimms is so knowledgeable about the products and Holly has the most amazing customer service attitude.
Simon in the warehouse is superb. Always ready to help out.
All in all a very exceptional experience, I used to have an account at Mag**ts and the difference is monumental.
Howdens every time.

I have always had a positive experience with Emma, Laura, Alex & Mark - nothing is too much trouble for them and they always go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Special thanks to Emma for producing about 10 different quotes for worktops and being really patient with an indecisive client! I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I needed to replace a kitchen in record…
I needed to replace a kitchen in record time and Howdens lovely staff at Potters Bar made it happen for me. They delivered the kitchen on Saturday morning. I only ordered it in Friday afternoon!
I had to change something and Mark picked it up from another branch and had it at Potters Bar next morning for me.
Great service and very pleasant to deal with.

Everything about the new kitchen I ordered from the Potters Bar branch was straightforward, effective and good value. The design by Bernadette worked really well on first draft and the staff at the depot, Laura and Mark provided excellent after care service. The best part of the company is that not only is the product good quality but it is readily available and they offer a no quibble returns policy which I appreciate. Would definitely recommend

Kitchen
All the team led by Mark at the potters bar branch provided an excellent service from the initial contact/design and advice and delivery of the kitchen. The kitchen was delivered 3 days after I had placed the order which is amazing and I dont think any other company can supply a kitchen so quickly.
All the team including Alex, Laura and Bernie were all very helpful and professional and was a real pleasure. Bernie created the initial layout very quickly and gave great advice throughout the design process. We finalised the design within a few days.
The quality of the kitchen is excellent and I highly recommend to anyone.

Great customer service from all the staff we dealt with at the Potters Bar store but in particular Bernie Davis who has been a pleasure to work with. Bernie listened to what we were trying to achieve and came up with a fantastic design that works really well for us, especially as we had a few challenging spaces to work around. We’re extremely happy with the end result and the after sales service remains attentive.

Howdens have been great from start to finish. On the main I liased with Laura and Alex both at the front desk and both extremely professional, very polite and I must say....extremely knowledgeable. Nothing was ever a problem or too difficult for them. I would thoroughly recommend Howdens Potters Bar to anyone that needed a new kitchen, internal/external doors or flooring. Super efficient!
