Helpful and friendly staff make everything easy.

We had a new kitchen and utility room done by Howdens. Lucy was excellent at designing both, we gave her an idea of what we wanted and she added her own ideas. We ended up with a super result.
The units are all of good quality and we are very happy that we went with Howdens.

We had a new kitchen as part of our extension from Howdens. We had an idea of what we wanted and Lucy added some great options and modelled it so we could see. We chose dusk blue and quartz tops, looks superb. We had a problem with the boiler move and had to change some units which Howdens supplied very quickly. Lucy and the team were fantastic and Viktor (Optimum Construction, highly recommend) fitted it perfectly.

We recently had our kitchen designed and planned by Lucy at Howdens in Hook and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. She came up with the some very clever ideas for the layout as well as the choice & colour of the cabinets. Absolutely delighted with everything - it’s perfect. Thank you both Lucy & Howdens!

I broke my big pan drawer, the drawer was at a weird angle and looked terrible. I rang Howdens in Hook and they said to email photos, which I did and they found the part I needed to repair it. I took the drawer into Howdens as I thought I was never going to be able to fix it on my own! Josh on reception in Hook was lovely and helped me find the right part, and John (from round the back) fitted the part for me. The drawer in now in my kitchen and looks as good as new. Thank you so much guys for helping me and it was free of charge. You can’t say better than that 😃😃

Simon and his team were so incredibly helpful throughout the process. Our builder’s account was used, but we were able to liaise directly with the team in hook with questions and follow up. They also replaced one of the doors that arrived slightly imperfect. Would highly recommend this branch and team!

I finally bit the bullet and got myself a new kitchen.
Saw a Howdens kitchen recently installed in a neighbours house and was impressed.
Popped into Howdens in Hook, spoke to Lucy who came around and measured up and suggested a few things I hadn't thought of.
I finalised the units, flooring, worktops and paid. And about 8 days later the units were delivered, piled high in my garage and conservatory.
Fitter started the following day, and slowly it started to take shape.
I'm very pleased with the outcome. The ONLY thing I don't like is the Lamona extractor its so noisy you can hear it in the next street, so, avoid this if you can. Other than that the kitchen looks brilliant, my favourite part is the dekton worktops.

Always provide us with excellent service and the staff are friendly and happy to help at the Hook branch. Excellent quality products.

Following reviews purely on here we engaged with Lucy the Kitchen Designer in store and from the very outset felt confident and comfortable with her knowledge and ideas.
We spent a number of months deciding what we wanted knowing that our old layout definately wasnt it! Lucy helped with suggestions and thought-provoking questions throughout this process.
We visited the Hook showroom a number of times deliberating over finishes, handles, flooring and appliances which Lucy, Simon and the team happily accommodated.

We have a very small kitchen space which was in desperate need of an upgrade. Lucy was amazing at finding a solution to our tiny space, managing to fit a dishwasher, sink, washing machine, oven, hob and a full size fridge freezer into the space and also made it beautiful!! We are thrilled

I ordered built in wardrobes from Howdens new range. They are absolutely beautiful. Lucy was brilliant at creating a design with the combinations of cupboards which we wanted. I recommend the interior lighting which make the wardrobes look luxurious and it’s easy to see all your clothes in any light. I’d love to fit these wardrobes in every room!

Lucy was excellent designing our kitchen and flooring. Understood what we needed, helped us make decisions, gave us alternatives and kept clear and timely communication throughout. If there were any changes needed she helped make them seamless and easy. Her colleagues were all helpful and friendly too. The kitchen is now in and we're delighted with the design and quality. Would recommend her and Howdens wholeheartedly.

Lucy at the Hook branch of Howdens was a pleasure to work with. She listened carefully to our ideas and requirements, offered helpful suggestions based on her experience, and introduced some great ideas we hadn’t considered. The final design was excellent, and the 3D walkthrough with Lucy at the showroom really brought it to life - and helped us refine the design.
Lucy handled the inevitable project glitches quickly and efficiently, and she made it easy for us to try samples at home before committing. She also worked brilliantly with our kitchen fitter, which helped everything run smoothly.
We’re absolutely delighted with the final result – it’s everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended!

Lucy the Kitchen Designer did a fantastic job of designing the kitchen with practical and effective utilisation of all available space.

Great Kitchen designer recommended by local builder as best in the area. Lucy was very patient with all the questions(many of them) and a few changes .Designed kitchen, utility and a wardrobe set in a new build. All Howdens staff been very helpful at all times. Very pleased with doors and skirting chosen. Nothing been too much trouble. Very efficient.

Excellent. Kitchen design was great, loads of options if we wanted to tweak and change. We made a last minute change of worktops and this was no problem. Customer service was also great.
