The whole process from planning through to the end result was virtually seamless . Becky is a knowledgeable and professional planner who really listened to our brief and delivered in every way. The inevitable small issues that come with fitting a kitchen were quickly resolved by the team with absolutely no fuss. We chose quartz worktops and the measuring and fitting teams were first class. We have a kitchen we are delighted with and would not hesitate to recommend Howdens Ebbw Vale

Worked with Becky Hutton on the kitchen design – and she was amazing. Full design of 3 options, printed A3 in colour for us to take home to visualise in the room. Finalise design price was at expectation and delivery was on time.
During instal there was a need to add two additional unit due to building work exposing pipes that needed to be covered by units – Becky engaged immediately with us to do a small design change and sourced the 2 new units from other Howden sites to ensure no delay to the fitting.
A few niggles appeared during fitting – which is common with all projects of this size – which Becky also sorted promptly. Arrangements made for items to be delivered within days or picked up same day when needed.

Howdens Ebbw Vale were incredibly helpful in designing and providing our new kitchen. Rebecca listened to our design needs and created a wonderful kitchen incorporating small touches we would not have considered but have made a huge difference to the overall look. I would highly recommend them.

If I could give this place 0 stars , I would. Avoid at all costs . As a building company we have had an account for over 10 years and the amount of money and customers they have cost me due to their incompetence is unreal. I lost a kitchen job recently as the customer had to walk out due the awful customer service they received. They ordered wrong products on numerous occasions and I have been expected to pay the cost of rectifying this. They make false promises , they make about lead times and delivery dates , never keep you informed and are totally incapable of designing a decent kitchen. They can't process and order correctly and the manager completely ignores you when something goes wrong. Even after official complaints are logged.
The quality of the kitchens are awful and they don't want to know when you have a problem.
Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere !

Ebbw vale howdens always there when I need them.

From the start when we walked into Howdens we were greeted by Rebecca and she was able to guide us through the steps of having a new kitchen. She was thorough in all aspects of our choice and we felt comfortable with her suggestions and design. Our fitted kitchen came to life from the design and planning stages and we are thrilled with the end product. Thank you.

I needed a door urgently and they found one for me at another Howdens so I drove there and picked it up and was able to do the job straight away. The staff at both Howdens were excellent.

Always helpful, providing good trade prices, always happy to price match and in fact beat when asked, returns not a problem, can't knock them really and I have 40 plus years experience, genuinely pleased with this branch in particular

We had a very good experience working with Howdens Ebbw Vale, Becky was extremely helpful and full of knowledge, quickly putting together beautiful designs aligning with our extensive lists of wants and desires. She was also happy to adapt designs as our situation changed. Delivery went smoothly and when the sink unfortunately arrived split in half, staff were able to quickly locate another sink from a different branch so we could fit the sink without delay. All other staff were also lovely, definitely the friendliest branch we’ve visited!

We were able to get an appointment almost instantly, Becky came out and redesigned the kitchen in literally a few hours she gave me helpful advice and everything was super easy

I wanted a new kitchen, but also wanted a few quotes. I obtained 3 quotes, I chose Howdens for a couple of reasons.
1. The quality was awesome for the price
2.Shelby like the other 2 companies came out to my home to start my quote. She measured my kitchen just like the others, but what she didn’t do was badger me for a sale. She made me appointment to go to her office where I could see all the different types etc.
She took the time to plan my kitchen online so I could see what my new kitchen would look like.
It was so nice to have the sales pitch as a choice, no words of if you buy today we can offer you this etc.
I have to admit that I thought the online pictures were way better than the kitchen in my home. Wow no my kitchen looks as good as the photos, thank you Shelby and the rest of the team you all do an amazing job. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks about my kitchen

I found all the staff at Howden's Ebbw Vale very friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Shelby my designer is a lovely person and very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the designing of my kitchen. Great communication from all staff and I would highly recommend their service.

we recently just bought a kitchen from howdens, our advisor was Rebecca she was so so helpful in picking our kitchen with us, I’m really indecisive with everything and she reassured me everything will look as lovely as it did on the picture that was put up for us on our look on the kitchen, we had it fitted yesterday and it looks amazing just like she said! Couldn’t have had a better advisor, if you go to howdens ask for Rebecca, she will get you the best kitchen of what you want and do everything she can to help you choose!
