Well if you want a good kitchen design
Well if you want a good kitchen design, and choose one of their fitters then you won’t be disappointed. Everyone needs a Tom when designing your kitchen. With his upbeat positive attitude, Tom makes the process much easier. I can’t fault him on his great customer service and the after service. Any issues Tom would sort them out, which is what you want, and there were only minor issues. Thanks Tom for designing my dream kitchen! Would highly recommend him at Elms farm site. I am very happy with the quality of the Kitchen, love it!!

Highly recommend Tom Shaw for your kitchen design
We absolutely love our new kitchen.
Our ideas came to life thanks to Tom Shaw, the excellent kitchen designer at Bedford Elms Farm depot. From his initial visit to measure the space, to the very end of the project, Tom was the consummate professional, taking our ideas on board and suggesting some things we hadn’t thought about.
When we were indecisive and made changes to our plans a few times, Tom was always patient and we never felt rushed to make a final decision.
Our Chelford units in Reed Green and Dove Grey are set off by the beautiful herringbone LVT click flooring in Timeless Oak.
We have had lots of compliments from friends and family when they see our new kitchen and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom to do their kitchen design,

We are really pleased with our new kitchen
We are really pleased with our new kitchen. Tom Shaw and the team at Howdens Elm Farm were excellent. Tom took the time to understand our vision and needs for the kitchen - he worked with us to get the outcome we wanted, providing really good design ideas and was patient with our many requests. Howdens worked really well with our fitter and delivery and service was seamless. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Planning for a new kitchen
Tom the kitchen designer was absolutely excellent. He was professional and explained everything in a step by step way giving me plenty of time to lookband think and giving me options. The whole idea of having a new kitchen would have been nerve-wracking but thanks to Tom it was a very pleasant and enjoyable process.

Great choice of kitchen design & product
Howdens came on recommendation and I have to say that Tom Shaw (Bedford branch - DE69 designer) was amazing! Always positive and professional, he continued to show great customer service, attention and patience with me over my kitchen design choices. Payment was clearly explained and always supportive. Tom also suggested we went to the Expo in Northants and that made a big difference to choice & design 👍
My whole experience of Tom and Howdens is worth 5 stars with absolute yes 👏 💯
