We are over the moon with our living room and bedroom furniture. The quality is excellent, with a quick turnaround and it was delivered and assembled for us so professionally. Demi was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend not only the products but the service too.

When ordering 2 large corner sofas I spoke to a lovely woman called Demi she was absolutely amazing from start to finish and made me feel relaxed about what type and style I wanted . Do not buy from this company I ordered a L shape sofa and matching coffee table they did not make me what I asked for I did not recieve a L shape sofa I purchased in November and it is now end of April they do not answer my calls and will not try and come to a solution apart from me having to pay £1900 for ther mistake I did not want to accept the item what they delivered at 10pm at night but the male delivery driver intimidated me and my husband into signing a paper and saying he won’t take it away please don’t make the same mistake and trust this company

Incredible service from the team at house of Chelsea. Claire could not do enough to help. She FaceTimed me whilst choosing my sofa and helped with my terrible measuring skills even helping advise me of what would look best. Everything about house of Chelsea is QUALITY from there service to there product. They managed to get a sofa to me before Christmas after only contacting them a couple of weeks before! You simply wouldn’t get that anywhere else. Thankyou so so much. I am over the moon and your company exceeded my expectations by a country mile! If anybody is thinking about ordering anything from here rest assured you are in the BEST hands.

We wanted two bespoke “leopard print” armchairs in a very specific style to complete our library. We were recommended House of Chelsea and they were brilliant. The ordering process was easy, they kept us informed, delivered significantly quicker than any of the major chains, the chairs are exactly what we asked for and the quality is outstanding. We’ll never buy from anyone else again. I would highly recommend

Initially I was very happy with the level of customer service in helping to select fabric but unfortunately the rest of my experience was not so positive. I received delivery of my chairs at 940pm which woke my daughter(on a school night) and the delivery men were exhausted having left Manchester in the early hours of that morning (I live in Aberdeen) and were dreading the fact that they had to drive back to Manchester after leaving my house. **emphasis on it was late and dark and I felt a sense of responsibility to let the drivers leave** I think that should have been taken into consideration and as I said allowing your drivers to leave in the early hours of that morning, turn up at a customers house 940pm and expect them to complete a further 5 hour drive is unethical. Repeating, it was dark and i felt personally rushed…the marks were only noticeable in daylight ***It was dark, late and I was conscious I had to get my daughter to bed and those gents had to drive back so I duly signed the paperwork. The next day I noticed one of the chairs is flawed and the finishing on the other chairs was not great quality given the price I paid for them. **updated first message was replied to stating the delivery driver must have lent something on them and to wait to see if they’d fade…the message after that was ignored *** upon following up they told me I’d have to pay to send the chair down to be reupholstered and pay for its return. Very disappointing. No acknowledgement of delivering items at 940pm or breaching trading standards. I wish I’d purchased chairs from House of Isabella or Olivia’s that I knew would provide the level of customer service that is decent and non exploitive, whilst giving me the quality of chairs I was hoping for.

Ordered a corner sofa in the Milano style, fabric samples were sent out promptly and communication was great. Can’t believe the quality of the sofa, everyone has commented on how expensive it looks and fits the room perfectly with it being custom made. 100% recommend!

What an amazing company, purchased two bespoke beds from house of Chelsea and both times the quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. Claire was so personable and always kept me updated. Everything went smoothly, honestly I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for treating the customer right!
