Beware of many other companies out there I’ve done my research and lots of the reviews are fake from other companies and the accounts look concerning. HBB had the best and healthiest accounts amongst every single company I looked at and they were confident in offering a cash sale in 7 days. Also beware of those who tie you in contract and HBB does not.

Dorothy has a great deal of expertise and her advice was very valuable. She is definitely not a hard sales person which is not what you need. She is a calm, considerate expert. If you need to liquidate a property fast, I would not hesitate in contacting HBB.
