Ruth at Hot tub barn in Chelmsford was amazing. She helped us choose the right tub for us, and ensured all the logistical challenges were overcome. Thanks to Ruth (and a crane crew) we can enjoy the tub in the garden of our new home!

We recently purchased a Riptide hot tub through the Southend Branch of Hot Tub Barn.
The whole process from start to finish was made very easy and they coordinated the crane lift that was needed to install.
Installation was very smooth and the staff were very knowledgable. Thanks in particular to Connor Herbertson for his patience in answering all our silly questions

We purchased our first ever hot tub from the Chelmsford store and was look after very well by Ruth and the team from the minute we walked in the door to the day after delivery and beyond.
Wayne and Dave were excellent on install day and nothing seemed too much trouble.
We are now getting used to our families new addition which has made the garden look fab.

Very good experience with Hot Tub Barn, Polhill, Sevenoaks. The very enthusiastic Janice helped us prior, during and after the sale. We felt very well supported following installation. Laurence, the recommended landscaper and the Hot Tub Barn delivery team were excellent.

Hot tub barn Southend are really friendly, easy to deal with and deliver on their word by doing what they say they will do. The quality of the hot tub is fantastic and it has been by far one of the best purchases to date.

Products great delivery charge very expensive

We took delivery of our new hot tub 2 weeks ago and couldnt be happier. Connor from the southend branch has been so helpful we went back to see him more than once with multiple questions and he answered every one of them to help us make our decision. He kept us informed every step of the way and genuinely looks after his customers.
