I've recently purchased a swim spa from your Southend Branch and the whole experience was excellent.
I sort of knew what I wanted as I been looking at different makes and models for a few years.
I was really impressed with how Connor dealt with the sale from start to finish. It's a large purchase and I felt supported all the way through,from realistic quotes for the crane and putting me in touch with the groundworks team to bring around for delivery and after with any questions .

We can't thank Connor from the Southend branch enough for his help and advice. We got a great tub with heat pump so very cheap to run. It was not a easy installation for them, but the guys did a great job and explained all the chemicals. We looked at a major brand before this and they just did not seem interested in providing information or advice, unlike Connor who was very good despite me being a pain and asking lots of questions.

As a complete novice, Hot Tub Barn made the whole process very easy for me. They were able to answer all my questions and were clear with the requirements for installation and delivery.

Connor from start to finish at Hot Tub Barn Alton Garden Centre was extremely professional and helpful, and nothing is any trouble. We have had our hot tub delivered and he is still extremely helpful with any questions I have about maintaining chemical levels, I can’t recommend him highly enough. If you are looking to buy a hot tub look no further. He also put us in touch with Rob and his team at Southern Spa Services to get the area ready for the hot tub they made a wonderful job really pleased.

Excellent customer service from first enquiry, order right through to delivery. William very helpful and has continued to provide advice and support after delivery to ensure I understand how to manage the chemicals appropriately by visiting after installation.

Fantastic customer service and after care from the Southend branch ☺️. Conor has been amazing from helping and advising over installation and access requirements, to coming to the rescue in person to give me a lesson in how to properly drain it to clean it for the first time. We love our hot tub, so glad we chose Hot Tub Barn in Southend to get it from!

When our tub was delivered it came with the wrong cover so the crew were unable to complete the commissioning and training process. We then had to wait a week for a follow up visit to deliver the cover. A few days later, before we’d had chance to use it an RCD in our electric circuit started tripping and we traced the fault to the hot tub. On the advice of the company’s service manager we opened up the workings and found a pipe was leaking onto one of the pumps causing an earth short. This being shortly before Xmas we then had to wait until after the holidays for an engineer to come. All in all it was a month from delivery to our first dip which was disappointing to say the least. To be fair the staff did their best to help us get up and running, which earned an extra star, and we are now very happy with the tub.

We had been considering getting a hot tub for long time when we visited the southend branch of the hot tub barn at the Altons garden centre, they have a wide selection on display and conner spent as much time as we needed to help us work out which would work best for us even letting us try them out ( empty ones ) and the offer of trying the full ones if we fancied it
Conner arranged for the concrete base to be done and the transport with suitable date for delivery
I have emailed conner on several occasions now for advice on chemicals and setting up etc , he always replied back with info required and advice when needed
He has a selection of chemicals on the shelf so you can just drop by when needed

Cannot recommend this company and Connor enough. From the first visit to the shop - to the installation process, everything was smooth, pleasant and easy. Which, lets face it, when you are spending the money these cost you want the experience to match all your expectations. We had questions about delivery and access and Connor made a personal visit to our location to go over how they would get the hot tub into the house, which eased our minds completely for the day of installation. The date for supply we were given was kept to and the installation was a breeze. The two guys that turned up were respectful and knowledgeable (even if the football teams they supported were dubious :-) ). We are so happy with our hot tub and very glad we used Hot Tub Barn to supply and install it. A+ would use again if need be.

We have been thinking about getting a hot tub for some time and I’m so glad we did. The whole process was very easy with this company and everything was explained clearly. The guys that installed the hot tub were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Having talked to various Hot Tub retailers for the last 5 year about purchasing one, I had the feeling that several I talked to lacked in depth knowledge and seemed only interested in making a sale. All that changed when I went to HTB at Cambridge and talked to Jo whose in depth knowledge of the product, the industry & the pitfalls must surely be unrivalled. She made the process of buying one as hassle free as possible with little pressure exerted. It's here, it's been delivered and it's wonderful. There's been a small problem which the service team at HQ have resolved entirley satisfactorily which proves that if you want the complete sales & service package undertaken by people who really know their product then Hot Tub Barn is the ONLY place to go.

We went into the Southend Hot tub Barn, and was greeted by Connor. Although we had already had a hot tub and needed a new one, they had changed so much and Connor was very helpful, and showed us the ones we wanted to see running. He answered all our questions and gave us a brochure. He wasn’t a pushy salesman just very helpful. Even after we bought the hot tub, he answered our questions relating to the delivery. On the day our hot tub was installed, we were shown the various buttons. After the delivery team left, we couldn’t remember certain things, so drove down to Southend branch and asked Connor to go through everything again. Connors after care was very good and always there to phone if needed.

The people in your store at Dobbies Kings Lynn, were very kind and couldn't have been more helpful if they tried.

My Legacy hot tub which is still being enjoyed at least once a week just had its yearly Bronze service this afternoon, all really good, everything checked and cleaned as expected. Would recommend.

I can’t praise Connor from the Southend branch enough. From start to finish he made purchasing and choosing the right hot tub so easy,, his knowledge and aftercare was second to none and I would have no hesitation recommending them to my friends and family

Matthew at altons Garden Centre was very helpful when looking for our hot tub let my grandaughter try some out before we purchased ours and got delivery on date that suited us and the guys that delivered were very helpful and professional would highly recommend
