Highly recommend Hot Tub Barn
I highly recommend Hot Tub Barn, Connor at the Southend Branch looked after us through the entire process. We were clueless and just dropped in to get some ideas. Over the next few months, we compared companies and hot tubs but none gave the same level of customer services as Connor. It was an easy decision and Connor patiently guided us through our options based on our budget and challenging requests. The hot tub needed to be craned into our garden, which was seamless, and the installation team where great. Connor also checks in from time to time to make sure we're happy and everything is working as it should. We couldn't be happier!

Thoroughly recommend Hot Tub Barn for anybody looking at getting a pool or spa. From the first time we went in Connor was an absolute gent and extremely helpful and friendly. We went in several times before we ended up putting our deposit down for our hot tub and each time we were treated like we were already customers. We visited several places before settling on Connor and Hot Tub Barn as it’s a lot of money to spend on something and needless to say we didn’t feel the same with any of the other places.

I couldn’t recommend Hot tub barn Southend branch more, Connor who we dealt with throughout was helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions we had both before and after the installation. The hot tub exceeds our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The installation was well planned and the guys were more than happy to explain all aspects of its working.

From the moment I walked in to the showroom to all the aftercare Connor and team have been amazing. I am thrilled with my hottub and considering its a similar investment to a car you get a far better after care service than you would at a car garage.

Highly recommend Connor at Southend Branch
We made our purchase in June and would highly recommend Connor from the Southend Branch. He was very patient and knowledgeable with the product and did the site survey on the day we first went into his shop. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He made sure my questions were answered even when he was abroad on holiday. On the delivery day he came to visit just to make sure everything went seamlessly as we had quite a tricky entry way to our garden. We did a lot of research before making the purchase and so far we are very happy with the hot tub. So would definitely recommend.

Excellent product and service from southend
We bought our first hot tub from Southend branch in 2020 and upgraded this year to a larger one. We are always made welcome in branch and Connor is great at what he does. The hot tubs are excellent and have had no faults or issues. Thank you hot tub barn
