I had a broken cord stem, and once they knew that it broke while inside the toy, they replaced it free of charge in case there was damage. Plus, y'know, good toy! They were lovely the whole time

Brilliant customer service
I'm really impressed with Hot Octopuss and have recommended them to others. I loved the ethos of the company when I ordered for them c. 9 months ago. Disappointingly my product stopped charging. As it was within the year I thought I'd try customer service and I was delighted in how fast Aura came back to me saying they'd send me out a new one, which arrived a few days later. Really brilliant customer experience that you don't see very often!

My experience with this company is great. I had ordered an octopus. and I wanted to have it delivered in Spain. This went completely wrong. In the end it went back to England. I asked them to send it to Belgium. They did this without extra costs. This already deserves a 10+. I am 100% satisfied with the octopus anyway. It works really well. I have used it for 6 years. So expensive is cheap. It costs a bit but you get what you pay for. In a word it is a super machine

Very intense O. It took a few times for me to get this just right, the first few times, it didn't't work for me. I went back to my rock steady Pulse Solo, which I love. I decided to give this another try and let me tell you, the O was simply awesome. Hands free for sure. You just have to find the right vibration for you liking and you will get off with a very intense feeling in your entire body. Highly Recommend.

I made a stupid mistake filling out the address form and didn't catch it in time. So, the package was sent back to Hotoctopuss. I wrote to the company to explain the situation and their representative was adorable! She saw the tracking error and, even before the first package was sent back, she sent me a second package with the right address! The second package arrived without any problems. Awesome product!
