Lost sense of service

The hotel works, but you get the sense that the owner has lost interest in the experience - there are no ambitions, the caring is limited and so is the pride. Waiters are polite.
Will recommend to find a smaller accommodation elsewhere.

I stayed in this hotel a few times…

I stayed in this hotel a few times so far and every time the experience was great. Easy booking system, professional, polite and helpful staff and clean rooms. Decent food in the restaurant, too.
