We love this hotel. Our daughter is at Exeter university , so we love to stay here when we visit her. Friendly staff and great food. Rooms are very comfortable.

FEEDBACK ACCOR: SERVICE

I have tried several times to make the reservation and finally it went through...
I have not yet received an email confirmation? How long does it take?
The information about membership provided over the phone indicated a price of 215Euros!!!!??? By internet the membership is FREE?!!! No consistency!
I wanted to share this reservation with a friend through my yahoo email - I was not given this possibility?¨¨

…Feeling ripped off

I have been trying to contact Hotel One for 24 hours, The dates on my confirmation are not the dates i booked. I have been sent through to a site that wants $10.00 to connect me with Hotel One and then they will takr $100.00 monthly membership fee from me for the priviledge NO!!. Just make it easy for us to contact you .
