We love this hotel. Our daughter is at Exeter university , so we love to stay here when we visit her. Friendly staff and great food. Rooms are very comfortable.

I have booked this hotel on 9/6/2026…

I have booked this hotel on 9/6/2026 when I made reservation I double booked called hotel and they cancelled one. tonight when I called Hotel to see if I could up grade to a room with a coastline view Hotel said two reservations were cancelled. I tried rebooking had similar experience so called your customer service he cancelled the reservation I made because he said I still had a reservation confirmation # 205139060 made 9/6/26 I called hotel and was told I didn't have a reservation! I am rebooking now I think

Chalk and Cheese…

I have just had a hopeless association with booking.com with regard to ordering a London hotel / not this one It was so complicated including paying up front only for them to find out that they could not make the booking anyway. Yet it will take me 10 days to get my money back,
Your system is so much simpler and trusting.
