Go and bid ,no need to worry!

I used hotelroomauction.com for the first time.I have never bid on a hotel before and was a bit nervous.When I won the bid for a stay in the Dorint Hotel in Berlin,I received a confirmation after and instruction on how to book the hotel.I had a problem booking through their website,but after I emailed them,customer service called me and made the booking on my behalf.Can not fault the service ,therefore giving the site 5 stars.We had a wonderful time.Thank you!
The hotel itself was really nice and I would go back.It is obviously an airport hotel,so you will see and hear planes(not through the night though)
