Gorgeous property. Very clean and close to the lake and the beach. Our host was very responsive and kind. She answered all of our questions and made excellent recommendations. We were a group of 4, but I think a larger group still would have been very comfortable in the house. All amenities were included. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay, the villa is super cut, well equiped and calm.
The heated pool was a plus and the view is stuning. We ll come back !

The house was amazing! The pool, the beds, rooms airco made everything super comfortable. The communication between the host and us was very good. The house was on a very good location close to nice restaurants and a beautiful bay.

Giannis and Stelios were exceptional hosts. 10/10, 5 stars. The villa was stunning: modern, clean, private, with excellent amenities including a magnificent pool and outdoor area. The location was brilliant - walking distance to tavernas and a fantastic karaoke bar, and a convenient taxi journey away from all the sights we wished to see. Now, on to the real stars of the show: Giannis and Stelios. These two blew us away with their generosity and their wonderful hosting. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were extremely responsive and helpful. We would 100% recommend booking Villa Solaris - you will not regret it!

This is such a beautiful serene place! we loved it because beaches were only a 5 minute drive. Also just a 25 minute drive to Rethymnon and 30 Minutes to Chania. Really big space we were 11 and still had so much room to spare. The place was in pristine condition. Very clean and very spotless. Had a total of 4 bathrooms which was amazing and the pool was great as well! Will definitely stay here again when going to Crete!

Perla Nera villa was one of the best places we've ever been. Starting with a very friendly and professional host (thank you again Argiro), spotless clean, great location-just around the corner from Kournas Lake and 5 min away from the charming Georgioupolis. There is not one thing that they wouldn't have and you may needed. We fell in love with it as soon as we arrived and amazed of the fact that the fridge was stocked with everything you may need after travel. We arrived late in the night, however, Argiro was there waiting for us, with a smile on her face. Also, we got a generous goody bag at departure. The pool was amazing, the outdoor sitting area out of magazine. The location is perfect if one wants to visit the island, as it's a short drive in any direction. Thank you again for having us, Argiro, it was an absolute bliss and we really hope to see you again soon

The villa in Crete was an absolute gem. Immaculately clean, well-equipped, and spacious. The private pool was a highlight. One of the things that truly sets this villa apart is its unbeatable location. Nestled in the heart of Crete, we had easy access to both the serene countryside and the vibrant culture of the nearby towns. Whether we wanted to explore ancient ruins, relax on beautiful beaches, or savor local cuisine at charming tavernas, everything was just a short drive away. Cretan hospitality was exceptional, with a mid-term cleaning that was a pleasant surprise. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa for an unforgettable Greek vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at a HotelPraxis villa in Crete. The accommodation was in an incredibly beautiful setting, and matched every part of the description. The host who met us provided very useful information and local tips, and gave us her number in case we ever had any questions. She checked in with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was within easy walking distance of several restaurants in scenic locations, as well as the only natural lake on Crete. Grocery stores, gas stations, and Mediterranean beaches are within easy driving distance. This is an excellent accommodation and host, and we would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at Moonlight Villa in Georgioupoli. Beautiful villa, fully equiped with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Kitchen had everything we needed. Heated pool was amazing. Maybe the could mow the lawn at a time that we were not at the pool, took quite a while with a lot of noice, but that was the only minor detail. A rental car is advised to go around the island or to get to Georgiopoli centre. Would definitely recommend! About Hotelpraxis itself: great communication, quick to reply, always of service. Keep up the good work!

We stayed in Hotelpraxis' villa in Kournas, Crete, which we booked via Airbnb. It's a well-equipped villa in a lovely location. The pool was very welcome! Great communications from the HotelPraxis rep. Kournas village has a great, local feel, with several good restaurants. More amenities, including a decent supermarket, are just a short drive back at the coast.

Absolutely loved our stay in the Eleni villa. The pool, house and garden were very clean. There was aircon in every room, very useful! Very spacious house and rooms. Manolis was very helpful, quick to answer our questions, brought us fresh towels when needed and waited for us when we arrived a bit late on our first day. Extremely hospitable! We fell in love with some of the local cats too, especially the tabby one! Would come again. Definitely recommend!
