Good communication and great quality for a good price

I was honestly very suspicious at first about ordering from Hotel Contract Beds. Before buying from them, I had ordered a divan bed from John Lewis for around £2,000, and it was absolutely awful. It had a lot of damage and I ended up having to replace it. At that point, I thought, what is the worst that can happen if I try Hotel Contract Beds?

I am so glad I did. I was absolutely amazed by how fast the order arrived and by the beautiful finishing of the bed. I chose the Milana bed with headboards and suitcase storage on both sides, and everything arrived exactly on the date they had specified, which was within one week. The fabric was beautiful and I loved it straight away.

Also, the costumer service was so amazing they would respond promptly to my questions.

What also impressed me was the sample service. They first sent me a full catalogue with small fabric samples in all their colours, and then they sent larger swatches in a very organised file. It looked professional and thoughtful. This was completely different from another company, Comfy Beds, where I paid for samples and received badly cut pieces of fabric in an envelope after a week. The difference in presentation and professionalism was huge.

The quality from Hotel Contract Beds has honestly exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with the finishing of the headboards, mattress, zipper details, and divans. I also really appreciated the non-slip material that helps keep the mattress in place, the clips that hold the two divans together, and the amazing storage capacity underneath. The storage space is huge and very practical.

I genuinely regret buying from John Lewis first, and I only wish I had ordered my second bed from Hotel Contract Beds as well. I am now seriously thinking of replacing that one too and ordering from them again.

The only minor downside was that the delivery is curbside only, as the drivers are not insured to carry the items into the property. In my case, I was able to sort this by paying for help from the loading bay next to my building, and they kindly helped me bring everything into the apartment.

I highly recommend Hotel Contract Beds. My experience with them has been excellent from start to finish.

With 6 holiday lets, beds are a big investment and we decided to swap out five of our 18 beds as a trial. The ordering process was straight forward, and the delivery arrived as promised. The headboard bolts and castors were missing, but they sent them special delivery the following day at no charge. The beds themselves are properly sturdy and clearly well built. While some of the connecting straps did need modification to fit, once sorted they feel suitably robust. We went for the Panache 1200 mattresses, in double, king, and zip together king - guests have reported back that they are super comfortable. Though there have been complications, the service was great, and the products are a cut above retail/highstreet products, and it is nice to have hand made products from the UK too.

I have ordered a few mattresses from Hotel Contract Beds. I find the ordering process simple, the staff is always very helpful and the quality of the mattresses is very good.

As described, easy purchase, delivered on time. Follow up call from company to check we were satisfy with product.

We have three beds from Hotel Contract Beds, and after 10 years, replaced the mattresses on one. They are great, and service was excellent. The driver contacted me the night before to check what time was OK. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have brought zip and link beds . We love the beds , the delivery was very fast within a week of ordering and the delivery man was lovely and very helpful.

These are the BEST beds - so comfortable. We run a B&B, and our guests ask where we get the beds from as they sleep so well. We've also got them in our family bedrooms! Customer service is second to none - always helpful. Brilliant company.

we have used hotel contract beds for many years and always get a great service. Nothing is a problem even when we ask for beds at short notice. Rich is always happy to help us when we contact him and he responds really quick.

This is the second bed we have ordered from Hotel contract beds. Excellent quality pillow top king size zip link mattress with vinyl covered quarter bases and drawers with matching fabric cushioned single headboards - in case the bed is ever used a two singles. Very few companies can offer a bespoke service at such a reasonable price and with remarkably quick delivery. Many thanks.

I’ve been waiting for a month for some pillows, really!!!

There website states free delivery in 3 to 10 days!!

They deliberately marked the order as shipped which means I can’t cancel or change the order. stating the courier will contact me. Note my lack of surprise that no courier has contacted me.

Yet Nadia Allen reckons there’s a problem with the supplier???
If that’s the case then it’s impossible for the items to be shipped.

Thankfully purchase was made on a credit card so at least I can report this company to my bank as fraud and get a refund.

We are owners of 2 your beds and our daughter will be buying one for herself in the New Year. They are the best beds we have ever slept in and when you are old it counts! Big thanks to NADIA who helped us so much. Her patience, knowledge, can-do attitude made all the difference to us. She was a gem.

I purchased this two seater sofa bed to replace my four seater one. After four weeks, I finally received a delivery notification. Unfortunately, the delivery driver tried everything but couldn’t get the sofa bed through my standard-sized entrance door. I had to reject the delivery, even though the driver suggested leaving it outside.

I contacted the seller immediately to request a refund. The sales representative informed me that they would deduct a failed delivery fee and refund the balance, stating that it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item can be delivered, as the dimensions are clearly shown on the website.

I agree that the dimensions are indeed listed online. However, it is common practice for sofas or other furniture to be angled through standard doors — in fact, my old sofa, which was even larger, fit without issue. Please note that this particular two-seater sofa cannot be angled through a normal doorway, meaning the buyer is left to bear the loss if delivery is unsuccessful.

Beds are great value and delivered promptly.
