The food (dinner) was over priced
The food (dinner) was over priced, a lot was missing from the menu including part of a set meal and I had to pay extra to replace the missing potatoes, that was supposed to be part of the set meal. This should have been provided without charge. The price on the mini fridge was erroneous, we were charged 3 times the prices stated on the mini fridge because we were charged tax times 3, this left a sour taste in our mouths. On our arrival we tried to get something to eat from the snack bar, but were told the kitchen was closed. We got complimentary drinks on our arrival but my sister was given gin and bitter lemon, instead of southern comfort and lemonade. Lovely hotel room but far from the city.

A horrible hotel with rude reception
A horrible hotel with rude reception. I was booked into this hotel because it is near a conference centre. I spent two sleepless nights there as my room was full of mosquitoes and bed bugs. I complained about the room and was dismissed saying “insects are normal”.
Besides this, the bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. I recommend staying as far away from this hotel as possible.
