A little worn out hotel - allthough the staff work hard to be accommodating.
At the restaurant they demands cash and as that is only informed when you book your table, most guests are referred to the hotel change machine. Here is exchange rate 150% of the officiel rate! We gave 8,66 d.kr. per Euro. The exchange rate at bank is 7,45 d.kr.!!! I call that an usurious interest. Shame on you!
Called ahead to see if there was available rooms for new year's eve. They confirm that we can get a room for that night and we ask them if we can use a deal from a deal site and they agree.
We get the deal and call to confirm that they book the room for us for new years... Now there are no rooms available and they act like we did not just call to confirm this. We ask to speak to a manager but that is denied.
Now we have to cancel our deal with the deal site.
I can't recommend this hotel...
All was amazing and the staff was also very nice! Our stay was extraordinary from the moment we arrived here and until we left. It was ten days of the most remarkable and great service we have ever encountered. The girls in the office helped organise everything we wished to do.
