"Previously, I was with a different provider and every time I had anything vaguely non-standard they couldn't help and weren't interested when I discovered issues with their system. I've been with Hosting UK now for a great many years and the complete opposite is true of HostingUK. Their systems have worked with everything I've thrown at them and on the rare occasion I need help they solve the issue straight away."

Customer support is top notch. We had an issue we couldn't solve from our end regarding a MSSQL server. Their experts were able to solve the problem very quickly.

Hosting UK is first class.

Hosting UK has looked after my website for a good few years. They are always helpfull and quick to respond to any problems. They also dont mind helping older folk that dont understand computers very well.

Great technical support.

I have been with HostingUK since they took over from SimpleServers.
Their hosting prices are very competitive, but my main reason for remaining with them is that the techincal support is responsive and effective whenever I encounter any issues.

Really good people and great support…

Really good people and great support always solved issues promptly for us even set up SSL when we struggled to do it.

Unfortunately we had to leave due to slow server speeds affecting page rank I think the servers are over subscribed.

They are quite slow for Wordpress in the serving time and we moved to self hosted and pagerank jumped considerably however we wouldn’t have an issue moving back to them if they sorted the speed out and gave us a bit more for the money we ended up with 5 mailboxes max and couldn’t add any more though we tried to work out why?

The plan we had was for 10 plus the web space was a bit limited and only being able to have 2 databases.

Support is great can’t fault it but the speed+package vs price was what made us leave.

Uptime = 100% with them never had an outage just slow for us.

They did randomly bill my for hosting an SSL for a domain they no longer hold but they were quick to sort that out for me so again top notch support!

Sad to leave but we have our reasons why.

I’ve been really impressed with the support team at HostingUK.net. I had some ongoing issues with my email service, and not only did they get everything fixed quickly, but they also went the extra mile by setting up DKIM, SPF, and other records to make sure my emails are delivered securely and reliably.

Their communication was clear, friendly, and professional throughout, and I genuinely felt like they cared about getting things right rather than just doing the bare minimum. It’s rare to find hosting support that takes this level of ownership and pride in their work.

Registered a new domain with HostingUK…

Registered a new domain with HostingUK only to loose the name and given a refund because another party used and registered the same domain name on webador.com 3 days after purchased it through hostingUK.
