"Previously, I was with a different provider and every time I had anything vaguely non-standard they couldn't help and weren't interested when I discovered issues with their system. I've been with Hosting UK now for a great many years and the complete opposite is true of HostingUK. Order system charged card then crashed
While ordering a domain & email and paying using Apple Pay, my card was charged but the page then proceeded to hang indefinitely on "Completing Order". My order was not processed but the payment was taken. I eventually managed to complete the order on a different card (without Apple Pay), but this resulted in me being charged twice.
Live support were unable to help at all because they didn't have a support PIN, since the account was not fully created.
Quick and Helpful Answer
Despite being a longtime HostingUK user, I had forgotten the name of my email server when setting up email on a new phone. I raised a ticket and got a quick and comprehensive reply that had the problem solved in a short time. Very rapid and helpful service.

Always Helpful
Excellent service as usual! I've been using Hosting UK for my websites for over 20 years now!
They always send the installation instructions for the SSL certificate but it's a bit beyond me, so I simply open a ticket and ask them to do it for me!
They have always been helpful and I have never had any problems with them. Highly recommended.

I’ve been with hosting UK for a few years now and I’ve always been impressed with how quickly they resolve any issues. Today was a great example. I noticed my site was down and raised a support ticket. Within 4 mins someone was working on it and resolved it a little while later. It was some kind of glitch with the SSL, but the tech support team spotted it and sorted it. Our previous hosting company were cheap, but if you had an issue you were on own. Switching to Hosting UK was the best move we ever made!
