I started with hosting24 way back in 2013, Since then i have had an excellent services from them. They are very good at customer service, I started with them when i was totally a newbie but their support and customer care helped me a lot. I started with ordinary account but now I have reseller account and long list of clients that hosted in my reseller package. I don't bother about the server downtime or breakdown because I have not for one day experienced it from them. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking out for the best hosting company

customer support has been flawless, the user experience is smooth and 100% uptime from what I've seen. All their products work as expected and I hope it just keeps like that or gets even better.

Had a great experience, my problem was how to add SSL certificate. But was told didn't need since I was get SSL certificate for free because of my plan. I am fan of hosting 24.

Filip is great. So patient, and with lots of knowladge on cPanel issues. Nice and smart guy. One of best since I'm on Hosting24.

However, guy before him, Benas, dont understand much. It is polite, but lacks some advenced knowledge. He did not solve my problem at all. Filip solve it in a short time.

Hosting24 / Hostinger is where I stay if you would keep up good work.

I have been in the web industry since the early 1990s. I have seen my share of web hosts! At first, when I saw Hosting24's prices and offer, I could not believe any serious company would offer so much for so little. I expected customer support to be bad for example. But I have now been with Hosting24 for a few years and it's all true, plus the support is almost instantaneous and very efficient! Just today, I had an issue (on a Sunday) and got an email back within the hour after I wrote to them about it. Case solved and closed! I am quite impressed and still can't believe how little I pay for so much. Yes, I would recommend this to anyone.
