Terrible experience : Refund
If only I could give them 0 stars. Worst customer service: First, I got a defective watch. So I asked for a refund. But they don't reply when it comes to refunds. At the shop, they said 10 days, and after those 10 days, the online rep said 1- 5 days when I mailed them to check during the time period, they said they would check instead of saying we have processed the refund. On the 5th day, no one will reply. Every promise for a refund has different dates, but no one has taken any action. The store representative will blame the online service representative and the other way around.

Horloge team can make time to reply to the review. Instead, it would be even better if I could get a reply to my emails and proof of the refund. I have heard that the refund has been processed before.
