Be Warned!!! Extremely stressful and continues!

I brought a Blomberg washing/dryer from this company at great expense!Fine if the machine worked.within the first week I had to get the company back. The installation wasn’t the best it wasn’t connected properly and the engineer himself said he didn’t know the machine so wasn’t able to do a demonstration. The pipes under the sink weren’t connected properly, they needed to come back, reconnect properly as it all leaked,we had to turn everything off because the kitchen flooded. All products under the sink including dishwasher tablets etc ruined. After they’d sent someone back we then were left with a machine that just wouldn’t work. This happened with 2 further machines. The 3rd machine I’ve been left with has always leaked from the door/soap drawer. The manager Mark said it was the way I was closing it,they wouldn’t be replacing it again.Since this because by this time it was over the 30 days manufacturers t and c’s I’ve now spent the last year with a faulty machine.Broke down again after this I’m only allowed to get it replaced after they’ve “repaired” it 4 times under their warranty.I’ve been absolutely stressed hugely with two youngsters/myself chronically poorly It’s been an added stress I really haven’t needed especially in these times.now on my 4th repair after spending numerous amounts of energy/hours on the phone because there have been many a time when the engineers haven’t turned up or have just rearranged an appointment without telling me.this has happened so many times.I’ve been lucky enough to speak to a great customer service caller the last two times who hasn’t lied to me called Adil who’s been so lovely/helpful Hestried really hard to help whereas before getting through to him it’s been appalling customer service.Despite me having appointments in my calendar I’ve been lied to,told I must be mistaken..just like hoarders Blamed me to start with that I must be closing the draw wrong⁢ was me not the machine. It also took several months of me constantly requesting the refund of half of the laundering bill I had from the cleaners who did my washing whilst I had all of these problems with the brand new machine! As you can imagine washing was piling up with 3 of us living her.Mark the manager agreed to pay 35.00 of the nearly 70.00 bill..this was the second bill he didn’t agree to help with the first.after months of asking for the refund he finally transferred the 35..00 he had agreed to pay!Absolutely do not recommend this company or Blomberg! Please be warned don’t go through what we have it’s been, continues to be a nightmare after spending over 600 on a “new” machine!
*In response to the reply from Mark from Hoarders of which I’m absolutely appalled!
The only reason I didn’t take a Bosch machine was because it was extortionate...
What you’ve quoted me saying is wrong,I still payed way over 600 for the washer dryer so please STOP!The washing that was “ arranged for me” was to go to the local fire station( because it was free!)for me to go&stand there for hours to do my washing after knowing I’m chronically poorly, with several serious health conditions including a heart condition&I struggle with my mobility let alone unable to stand for hours doing literally sackfuls of Washing! It wasn’t physically possible&Mark wasn’t willing to pay the local laundering services who Ok weren’t free like the fire station but again,I wouldn’t have been stood there for hours of which wasn’t physically or mentally possible.Secondly Mark the reason for not being in touch is because you ignored me.I suggest you look at your text messages, you should have done this before writing this reply&then you would realise how badly mistaken you are in your reply to me....you ignored my messages when replying to you explaining what was wrong....there was absolutely not a obstruction in the tray of the soap unit.you just don’t like the fact that I’ve plucked up the courage finally to write a review because I suffer with chronic anxiety.Another reason why you arranging for me to go to the fire station&stand there for hours was way out of my comfort zone.im writing a review now because this is beyond fair, plus I’m not the only customer to have had problems!Frankly I go out of my way not to make complaints but don’t want anyone else to go through this.I spoke to you last year after yet again chasing you up fsor the payment for the small amount you would pay towards the laundrette&you asked how I was getting on.because you had washed your hands of it I replied saying it was still faulty and that I was having problems getting through to Blomberg.Indeed there are definitely problems with the machine I’m not making this up like implied. The reason you came here personally was it’s on your way home/to work.Had my circumstances been different we wouldn’t be here!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service all round with our washing machine: a really quick response to get an engineer out over the Xmas period, helpful advice and practical assistance with buying a replacement, and efficient delivery and installation. Highly recommend using Horders.

Excellent!

I'd backup the previous review - Borders fitted a new washing machine and removed the old one, all for the same price as others charge without the service. They will also service your machine. There is a call out charge but I understand that if it is not worth repairing the old one and you buy new from them then the call out charge is refunded.

Excellent Customer Service & After Sales

Purchased a new integrated dishwasher and as part of the price the old one was taken away and the new one was fitted.

They arrived on time, did not make any mess and did an excellent job

I used a comparison website and could not get the item cheaper and the price did not include all the added extras. Brilliant
