So so so bad! Bet classified as lost when actually was won. Waiting 3 days for them to correct this mistake. Once is paid out withdraw and close account. Page is slow compared to other websites!

I was unsure about Hopa initially but I won a small amount, I think about 40 pound so before I carried on playing I thought I'd try to withdraw the money and was pleasantly surprised that it went it and also fairly quick but played again and deposited a few times and couldn't win a bean so left it a while but when I did try again I started winning again and withdrew a few times then once again a few deposits and no wins and then it changes again to lots of wins a few withdrawals and so on so as frustrating as the no win periods are, when it turns around some pay really well and theres plenty of games to try and after the first withdrawal all of the others have been almost instant so cant really complain..give them a chance...or dont but all I can say is for me giving them a chance a few times paid off

This is the worst gambling website I have ever played and I have played them all.... You have to pay to deposit funds, I still have unsettled winning bets in my bets and after 3 conversations that promise to settle them still not paid........ This website is an exact copy of Bet Target and they are both the same, very poor percentage payouts, poor connection keeps crashing and the horse racing betting is just terrible, no each way bets on accumulators, I'm sure they are just putting your bet on with another bookmaker and making money from the charge to deposit your funds, might have a go myself!! Easy money............would say no stars but not that option.

Even when you want to withdraw your money, you have to fight for that to submit so much paperwork and whait for two weeks to be accepted.
They do not accept even same card for withdraw you made deposit.
I been playing 30 odd years and never got this bad experience.

Terrible experience, couldn't wait to run my deposit down. The games crash and lose connection every 7 minutes or so then it logs you back in. Surely this mist affect the win % rate.

Haven't previously had an issue here. However trying to withdraw winnings, been told all sorts of excuses why it keeps being declined. Some down right lies ie bank has refused the funds. Emailed, chatted online no luck. The fact that I was lied to is the most infuriating thing. Funds still waiting to be withdrawn.

It takes ages for your bet to settle and customer services are not very helpful. I wouldnt touch them again with a barge pole!

Placed the £20 free bet on a horse which won at 7/1 .... Drew money out no problem. Kept £10 in withdrew £200. When I lose that £10 I'll leave and deposit on another site. My advice do it to as many bookies as you can. Take the bonuses and settle for the one you like best. My preference is Ladbrokes for everything bar football. Virgin do a offer have 2 x £10 football bets ( minimum 5 selections) and a free £10 bet. Once a week you can use this.
