The delivery was fast in September, but the device I ordered was damaged. The seller claims it was damaged during delivery; however, the package was returned. Despite their assertion of a refund through PayPal, PayPal's customer service denied this information when I contacted them. It lacks seriousness. Ultimately, I had to purchase the same device from another store.
