I do not recommend buying from this…

I do not recommend buying from this company based on my personal experience.
I purchased a watch directly from them as part of an official order, and when it became faulty, I returned it using their official return process, RMA number, and courier label.
After that, I was informed that the watch was “not genuine.” I strongly disputed this many times, because the product was supplied by them directly and I returned the exact same device.
The case continued for several months of emails, follow-ups, and repeated contact without a fair resolution. The whole process was exhausting and caused significant stress. The way my case was handled was slow, confusing, and very unsatisfactory.
I advise anyone buying from them to keep full documentation, photos, and serial numbers from day one, because my customer service experience during a problem was very poor.
After this experience, I decided not to purchase from them again, and based on what happened to me, I would not recommend others to deal with them

Unacceptable and misleading after-sales…

Unacceptable and misleading after-sales support.
Honor delayed my case for over 6 weeks, repeatedly claiming it was a “priority” while doing absolutely nothing. I was instructed to provide documents, then explicitly asked to choose between a refund or replacement. After confirming my choice and complying with every request, Honor stopped responding entirely.
I clearly warned them that PayPal had imposed a strict return deadline, yet Honor showed zero urgency or accountability. Live chat support was useless — scripted, evasive, and incapable of resolving anything.
The issue was resolved only because PayPal intervened, not because Honor honored their own commitments. This caused unnecessary stress, financial uncertainty, and weeks of blocked funds.
This experience demonstrates a systemic failure in Honor’s customer support. I no longer trust this brand and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Very poor customer service – no resolution after a month

I ordered a mobile from Honor over a month ago and it never arrived. Since then I have fully complied with every request they made, including providing all the information and evidence available to me, even confirming with Police Scotland that they do not issue formal reports for this type of incident and forwarding that confirmation to Honor.

Despite this, Honor repeatedly insisted on documents the police do not provide and then temporarily closed my case, saying they would only reopen it if I could supply a report that doesn’t exist. Every email I received was a scripted response with no real progress or accountability, and at no point did they give a clear timeline, next step, or indication that they were taking ownership of the issue.

After a month of back and forth, I still have no phone, no refund, and no clear explanation of what Honor is doing to resolve the situation. A very disappointing customer‑service experience and not what I expected from a major brand.

HONOR Pad X8a Pathetic waste of money.

Bought an HONOR Pad X8a
You would have to really scrape the barrel to find anything worse than this tablet; unresponsive unless you don't want a response, practically impossible to do anything without causing oneself major stress.
Just opening it takes about 20 swipes before it decides to do anything and connecting to a computer is ridiculous, it just keeps showing the instructions for setting up a mobile phone.
Pathetic and waste of money.

I bought negligence, incompetence, and dishonor.

I've been trying for over a year to get the screen of my Honor Pad 9 repaired. I paid for a screen damage insurance policy and a one-year extended warranty for the rest of the tablet.

It's a shame I have to give them one star because they haven't done even 1% of what you'd expect from a reputable company, much less one with ideals and a name that have nothing to do with the actual experience you'll have if you want them to honor the policies you paid for. The negligence and lack of interest with which they handle customer complaints is unbelievable. I wrote and sent evidence to Honor Mexico, but also to Honor Global. I even went to their office dedicated to handling cases, where the employees don't follow the code of conduct; they simply don't respond, showing no interest or desire to resolve anything. Don't waste your money. There are much better companies that at least try to treat their customers fairly and honorably. Honor is not one of them.

Phone returned but never received money

Bought a phone which wasn't the right one in the end, so we bought a new one and sent the wrong one back via their chosen carrier DHL - return ID: RMA8508006385301

We hadn't received a confirmation of carriage, but we have a photo of the DHL store owner holding the package. So i contacted the customer service several times via email and their chatbot, which of course is useless.

I struggled before getting a reply out of them, but now it's completely impossible.

Do not under any circumstances buy from these people because once they have their money, you're left standing in the rain.

Honor Mobile UK Appalling support and service

Honor UK. Contacted honor to find out an issue with the phone. They dropped the chat without comment. Sent another query via email and 3 days later no response or even acknowledgement of query.
Purchasing a flag ship phone Honor Magic V3 you would expect better customer service.
Samsung on the other hand has great customer service and I am seriously regretting my choice to change phones. I would advise avoiding Honor as a company if you ever need support as you will not get any. At least not from Honor UK
