As the title says, I paid everything. Received nothing. I paid for a second shipping and guess..got nothing again.No compensation. No apology. Nothing. Apparently it was my fault I didn't receive a call or an email with the delivery.Would never order from them again. Still not over the damn box , it was me and my wife's honeymoon song , she was waiting for it for so damn long...

The small box is everything and more. 😊❤️🥰💯

The product was arrived in a small plain white box with one layer of protection which resemble the Chinese shipping product, no any beautiful package like they had advertise.
When I look though I found that it was shipping from China as I predicted. The quality isn't bad but it doesn't worth the price anyway because you could get the same product for only 2-3 bucks from China with free worldwide shipping.
And the most ashame is they don't allow you to write any product reviews on their site.

Not sure if it's a coincidence but ever since I ordered the musical box on their website I got my credit card info stolen and unauthorized purchases were done with my card. Also the tracking number given to me doesnt work....just as an FYI I found the same musical boxes on Amazon for a LOT LESS and delivered in a timely manner, if people really want to buy one. They are IDENTICAL. so all this to me leads to me a scam business...beware.

HEAVILY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPOINTED! I placed an EXPRESS order which is supposed to be delivered from 15-30 days —2 months ago! Turned out that the product was SOMEWHERE in my country ,which the tracking number CAN NOT specify. THE BARE MINIMUM was for some service to at least call me or email me so I can know I have to pick up an order !!!! I was not even notified that the product was returned because “it was inbound in a local post office “ DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY POST OFFICES THERE ARE????

I was quite skeptical about honnebox at first due to the reviews but i received it today and its absolutely amazing. I ordered it from America on the 24 th of may and received it on the 2nd of June. If ur looking for a quick gift then this might not be a choice as it takes time to arrive but it is reliable as i confirm this after my first purchase. Honnebox is a great team and i really appreciate this hardworking business

My order was placed on the 15th of may and arrived 11 days later, I was waiting for nothing to arrive as I had read to other reviews but the product comes in brilliant packaging and looks very durable so maybe I’m one of the lucky few that got their order from them. I don’t know 🤷‍♂️

Woeful service, echoing the experience of others. Ordered in March 2022. Payment immediately taken from my account. By May 2022 there is no sign of the box and no reply to two messages. Then, suddenly, my money is refunded - which I suppose must mean my order is cancelled? Bizarre experience. Bizarre approach to customer service. Don't waste your time!

The quality and the product is perfect, its such a nice gift!
The packaging material was really nice.

It took them 16 days to deliver, so don't order it if you want a gift quickly. :D
Other than the slow delivery, everything was OK!

I was worried about my order after reading all the negative comments on here, I was worried for no reason. I ordered my box on the 1st April it arrived today 12th April. The item comes from abroad it takes time. I wouldn't advise ordering this as a quick last minute gift as delivery does take time. The product is beyond beautiful and worth the wait!

It's true that the delivery took about a month to arrive, like 14 days more than they said. But it arrived, and the person who recieved the gift liked it a lot. So I recommended it, but you must keep in mind that probably it will arrive later than they say.

I made an order over a month ago, thought I would buy early to have everything before Christmas. It's now been over 5 weeks. I've sent 3 emails, I received one response saying that they were looking into it (that was 1 week ago)... Wouldn't even give them a star

I was a little bit sceptical after the order because of the bad reviews. I don’t know what happend but they improved a lot on their communication they answered to all my e-mails and the box has arrived just before christmas. It is not a premium product but it is nice you get what you see in the pictures.

Package was a bit late, but I am not sure now if it is local post office fault or theirs. It looks beautiful. I was set off by bad reviews and fact that if was late, and left one myself, but package did arrive.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They took 4 weeks to deliver the shipment, and charged the receiver more money to receive it!!!

I ordered a box on the 10th of July and received it on the 4th of August. I was anticipating the delay in delivery, hence I ordered it two months before I actually needed it. I was skeptical due to the reviews and for that reason anxiously kept tracking the package. The delivery process, although long, went very smoothly. There was one hiccup in trying to track the package at one point, but I recieved it 2 days after the estimated delivery date. The product itself is really beautiful, exactly as advertised. I also emailed honnebox when there was confusion in tracking the package, and I got a response within a day. All in all, I am very happy.

I'd rather not give a star. Honnebox is a SCAM. I ordered two box and it's almost over 2 months and I haven't received anything, plus they don't respond to emails. Another thing, they will convinced buyers for a damn additional fees to track their delivery when there's NONE to begin with. DON'T BUY FROM this store.
