The Honiture X7 cordless vacuum is the biggest load of garbage you will buy. They state they reply to your emails within 24 hours, in-fact they won’t return a reply at all and there is no phone numbers for them.
Save your money as the items they sell are not fit for purpose because they don’t work. Mine worked the first time and then didn’t the second time. It is complete garbage. I will be contacting trading standards as no company should be allowed to take people money by selling faulty items that do not work and then completely ignore them. Look at all of the reviews that all had the same experience.
I wish I had seen this before buying this ornament. I suggest everyone contact trading standards and file a report.

Tried to get in touch through email every time filled out the online form it would not accept my mobile phone number so could not get through so far not impressed vacuum will not charge only a week old if can't get in touch won't be buying off them again

Excellent design and performance
Excellent design and performance, a real Dyson busterI had read many reviews about the Honiture X7 cordless vacuum and thought well what the hell, give it a go. I've owned and used a Dyson cordless which was brutally expensive with a whimpering run time. This Honiture X7 just works and has an excellent design throughout. Suction, cleaning and battery life, the key things, are just great. No need to add any more.

I purchased the robot vacuum on Amazon eight months ago and recently bought the refill kit accessories from the website — now my robot feels brand new again!When I received the goods. I take my robot on my desk and cleanup every moving part also, garbage box as well. And apply all new parts which I requested.Now I have a brand new horniture robot. I think it is happy now when it works.

Je vois que la majorité des commentaires sur Honiture ne sont pas bons. Pour ma part, au contraire, j’ai une expérience particulière particulièrement positive.
J’ai acheté un Honiture G20 d’occasion sur Leboncoin. Je n’ai aucune idée de l’âge de l’appareil (sans doute +/-3 ans). Il a bien fonctionné pendant quelques mois et puis, un jour, il s’est arrêté au bout d’une minute. J’ai essayé plusieurs fois de le relancer. Message : « la brosse principale est coincée ». Dommage. 🤔 j’ai donc tout nettoyé en suivant nos instructions habituelles, mais cela n’a pas suffit.
J’ai donc contacté le SAV par mail. J’ai eu une réponse assez rapide avec des conseils et 2 vidéos pour nettoyer l’intérieur du robot. C’est ce que j’ai fait. Il faut remarquer ici que le constructeur a quand même eu l’intelligence de permettre à des bricoleurs du dimanche comme moi, de pouvoir démonter le robot (dont les éléments sont vissés et non pas clipsés 👍). Au final, pour démonter le robot et avoir accès au bloc moteur, j’ai utilisé 2 tournevis. Point barre !
Après avoir démonté le robot, nettoyé le logement où se trouve la courroie du bloc moteur et remonté l’ensemble, il fonctionne parfaitement bien de nouveau.
J’ai continué à échanger avec une certaine Judy au sujet de pièces détachées. J’ai toujours obtenu des réponses très rapidement (moins 12 heures) et ses réponses étaient pertinentes.
Voilà mon expérience. Tout à fait positive !

I can see that most of the comments about Honiture are not good. On the contrary, I have a particularly positive experience.
I bought a second hand Honiture G20 on Leboncoin. I have no idea how old it is (probably +/- 3 years). It worked fine for a few months and then, one day, it stopped after a minute. I tried several times to restart it. Message: "the main brush is stuck". Shame. 🤔 so I cleaned everything following our usual instructions, but it wasn't enough.
So I contacted the after-sales service by email. I got a fairly quick response with advice and 2 videos on how to clean the inside of the robot. That's what I did. It's worth noting that the manufacturer was clever enough to allow DIY enthusiasts like me to dismantle the robot (the parts are screwed on, not clipped on 👍). At the end, to dismantle the robot and gain access to the motor block, I used 2 screwdrivers. Full stop!
After dismantling the robot, cleaning the block motor belt and reassembling the unit, it works perfectly well again.
I've continued to talk to someone called Judy about spare parts. I always got answers very quickly (less than 12 hours) and her answers were relevant.
That's my experience. Completely positive!

Great vacuum and price. Very sturdy well made and light weight cordless vacuum. Suction is excellent especially the ability to change the strength of the suction is a great addition. Digital display on handset is really useful. Fast shipping from the website! All round fab vacuum A+
I ordered the Honiture X7
I ordered the Honiture X7. It arrived, I assembled the vacuum, charged the battery and when I pulled the “trigger “ it didn’t work. I have contacted the manufacturer and the website that recommended the product. They have danced around and around the return and refund. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

I wish I had seen this website before I bought the Honiture X7 cordless vacuum! I thought I was purchasing a different vacuum and when I emailed the company 2 hours later to cancel the order, I got no reply...just an email that my order was in process. When I got the vacuum, I emailed their "Help" site three different times asking for information on how to return it. Also emailed their "Staff" email address with no response. I haven't even opened the box as I knew I didn't want it. Today I received an email from them asking me to rate my satisfaction with the vacuum! I wrote a very negative review and when I hit the "Submit" it wouldn't send! EXTREMELY unhappy with this company.

I couldn't wait to get my new Honiture cordless vacuum cleaner
I was so excited to get this vacuum cleaner. In fact I did lots of research to find the exact one I wanted. Unfortunately it came with a defective part. I have now contacted the company three separate times to ask how I should handle this issue, but they have never responded. There is no phone number available, so I keep sending emails that are not returned. Now I am very frustrated becasue I still don't have a working vacuum cleaner and I am out $250

I purchased their X7 stick vacuum from snapbuy and they sent it with a used battery that only lasted 15 minutes then had to be charged! I sent an email telling them that I wasn’t happy with it because the battery wouldn’t keep a charge so I wanted to send back and please send me info on where to return it to! They just sent an email saying sorry you’re not happy we would like to give you 20% cash back to keep it! I said no because the battery situation! I returned the vacuum and tried sending a screen shot of tracking and also calling numerous times to the number that was given to me, but NOTHING ever happened! No refunding my $259.00 or reimbursement for shipping it back😡Do Not Buy from Snapbuy or I wouldn’t even purchase anything made by HONITURE!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM🤬

I am surprised to see negative remarks about this company. We had our Pro robot for a year and when it went wrong, Honiture replaced it within days and kept us informed. Unlike so many aftersales services I have experienced, this was refreshing.
X7 is a piece of junk vacuum
Piece of junk vacuum. Does not have enough suction. Does not pick up dog hair from very low pile carpet. Cheap materials. Battery takes forever to charge. Fake review site is a scam. Don't get taken for a ride down Rip-off Lane like I did. I warn my parents not to get taken, then go and do it myself! Dumb. Don't buy the Honiture X7 Vacuum!

DON'T BUY A HONITURE X7 VACUUM CLEANER
Ok, we bought an HONITURE X7 vacuum which failed within two months, eventually they sent another one. within two weeks it failed again. Honiture asked me to make a video of the problem, some weeks later they sent me a new motor encompassing the control, two months later the battery failed, really poor company they should give us our money back (£240), we don;t want another one. we wan't a vacuum that works, DON'T BUY THIS VACUMM AT AT PRICE.

Defective product, no support, no solution
I bought this robot vacuum for 6 months , and it completely stopped working. It won’t charge, it won’t turn on, and even started leaking water, which damaged my floor.
I tried to contact the manufacturer (Honiture) multiple times through email and their website — no response at all. Amazon refused to take responsibility, even though the product is still under the 2-year warranty they advertise.
Extremely disappointed by both the product and the lack of support. Avoid this brand if you want peace of mind.

Support is very 'challenging'. No contact number and the mail addresses for the support desk in the U.K give no 'comfort' at all. Very unimpressed!

No return policy on on box
Honored has too good to resist and believe deals on all sorts of items for the home.
Unfortunately the return policy is hidden pretty well for one big reason: When you get your too hard to believe item and open the box you have already voided any refund or return.
Sorry for that news.
I found out when buying the x7 vacuum.
It was Ali’s price of work. Sound was unbearable and I noticed inside 5 min. of using the battery went to 82%!

I had to give it one star because there wasn’t a no star. There is no way to reach this company, no phone number and I emailed them with no answer so tried emailing again and it wouldn’t let me. I hate this vacuum and I guess I’m just out $300.00. Do not order anything from this company.

No faith in this company
No faith in this company! Two weeks after ordering I had heard nothing except that my order had been received. Website said deliveries are expected to arrive in 3-7 business days. For the next several days I emailed daily (couldn't find any phone number) asking for information about my order. After 6 emails to them, I received a response saying they cancelled my order as per my request and "payment has not yet been refunded". I did NOT request a cancelation (although its probably for the best). Now, will they refund me? We'll see.
