IGNORANT EMPLOYEES AND SCAM ARTISTS
Following my previous review, I was advised to contact the company via email. I have been doing so since 18 February 2026 without receiving any response regarding my request for a full refund. My initial correspondence was with a representative named Joy, who responded up until the point I requested a return.
After my earlier review, I spoke with another representative who informed me that returns are only accepted within the first seven days. However, I did request a return within that timeframe, and my request was not acknowledged.
I will be escalating this matter to the Financial Ombudsman as I have fulfilled my obligations as a customer and my request remains unresolved. Instead of addressing the issue, I was given basic instructions on charging and operating the product.
I definitely do not recommend this company. Their customer service is poor and they are ignorant. Tell me an address to return this hoover as it’s been in the box since my first email to Joy in February.
I have sjncw been ignored by the other person who told me to email them (shock).

I had an issue with my robotic vacuum cleaner as it was broken, but the company handled it very well. They replaced my faulty unit with a brand new one without any problems. The process was smooth and the customer service(Danny) was helpful and efficient. I really appreciate how quickly everything was resolved.

Having purchased my X7 a Model cordless vaccum cleaner on the 23 October 2025 the shaft broke on feb 2026 i contacted Horninture by email with pics to verify but no response from this company this is a terrible company with no phone numbers and no replies from email they should not be allowed to advertise on any sites without a Contact phone number

Customer service
Customer service is basically nonexistent. I emailed every address they listed — even the one they gave out in replies — and got nothing back. The only thing they managed to do was subscribe me to their marketing emails. If they can add me to a mailing list, they can answer a support request. Terrible experience. I reached out to the help01 email but no response. Company reached out and was able to resolve the issue.

Not sure why people rave about this X7. It cleans ok but cleaning the filter is a real faff. It works (which is a bonus as I bought it from SnapbuyUK which is on me for not going to a reputable web site) however I think Honiture need to make filter cleaning easier. I do like the extendable handle given I’m 5’3” and my husband is 6’. After reading mixed reviews about the longevity of the X7 we’ll see how it goes…

Horniture is very honest. The vacuum cleaner I got is a stick vacuum cleaner Pro 7. The products from Horniture are all priced fairly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Honiture robot cleaner spare part
We have a Honiture robot cleaner, which is great. This review is about the process for Honiture to replace the dust container - the flap broke.
First, Honiture had no stock. They informed me noone else would have any stock, ie don't switch your order. It took several weeks to dispatch my order.
Then Honiture used a delivery company, Relay, unknown to me. This company gave me a strong nudge through their website to collect my parcel. It suggested one shop, a mile from where I live. I ignored the prompt for several days. There was no sign that the company would deliver to my home. This, I regard, as really unprofessional. Eventually, I succumbed and picked up the parcel.
There are delivery vans going up and down my road all day, and plenty of nearby collection points.
I am feeling extremely disgruntled with Honiture and Relay, hence the review

Be warned
Be warned - don't be fooled by all the fake reviews. The vacuum they sent me wasn't even branded Honiture and was a cheap, flimsy machine of a brand that retails much cheaper than the Honiture (which I don't think even exists). When I asked to return it they ignored me. It took me 4 months to get my money back through Paypal and the vacuum is still sitting in Customs in China "awaiting a response from the addressee". Avoid this company at all costs!

Resolved: Suction Issues With Honiture X7 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
I had suction issues with my Honiture X7 vacuum cleaner that caused debris to back up inside it. The cause was a split in the flexible hose inside the cleaning head. I included an image of the faulty part with my inquiry. Honiture solved the problem quickly by sending a replacement cleaning head F.O.C.
