Rude employees and cheaters
Well after calling and speaking to very rude employees several times, I finally got my return credited after over one month. Less the 25% restocking fee that I should've not had to pay due to their error in their recommendations at the beginning of the order process. Now after reading Honda parts now’s reply to my review it is apparent that they are more fraudulent than I thought! Or they clueless to their failure in this whole situation. Either way, they took over a month to credit me my return. To take that long is totally unacceptable, so buyers beware of the time it will take you to get your refund if you have to return something.

Received damaged air filter
HPN stuffed my air filter in a box that's too small causing damage. Customer service initially offered a partial refund 11 days ago but will not respond. Issue is unresolved. This was my 3rd order over the last couple years and first shipping related issue.
Update 7/2/2026: Customer service reached out, were very professional, and a partial refund was credited. I appreciate the resolution!

Very positive experience and helpful
Found the parts I needed using general search words, since I did not know the actual part names or numbers. Useful information and considerations were provided when I ordered the part. Horrible Customer Service
One of the worst sale experiences I have ever had, from shipping to customer service. I had to talk to their customer service like 10 times to get them to ship the radiator I ordered and they sent a damaged radiator and now they are not accepting returns or exchanging the damaged one with a new one, save your time and money, go buy from some where else.(the radiator has never been installed, it is still in the box)

Beware if its bad and on them
I ordered a part that cost $72, i was charged $600 for shipping. The part showed up mangled from shipping because they did not even put it in a box. After 3 weeks and repeated calls they will not replace the item but they will generously refund me the $72 dollars. What was the $600 for? Slapping a label on it and blow it a kiss for luck. Terrible customer service will never buy here again and will warn every Honda owner I run across to do the same.

The price was competitive for oem honda…
The price was competitive for oem honda parts, as the mud flap set I bought and installed on a 2024 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring where delivered quickly and complete with connectors. I love the swept look of the rear flaps but the front are shorter on the fenderwell and miss matching up with the raised portion of the factory flair. Very "bush league" for Honda, actually thought about removing the fronts, but they'll do the job and installed easily, so I'll keep them.

Customer service...Yikes
Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Part I ordered was clearly lost - it hadn't moved for 20 days and was a month past when I placed the order - and they refused to send me a new part until their investigation was completed which took another week. I know they used to be a solid company, but it has taken a turn for the worse.
I would not recommend to anyone.
