Exceptional service
Having recently moved house to Harrogate I did not know local trades people. Hometech were recommended by a neighbour. I used them for a boiler service and found them to be very good and good value. But then a couple of weeks later I had water coming through from my loft (my boiler is in the loft). It was late on a Saturday night and there had been freezing temperatures for a week. I left a message on their answerphone, expecting that I would have to wait until Monday. I was amazed when Sandy called me back. She would try and get a technician to me on Sunday but no promises as they were extremely busy. She did! The technician came at 11am on Sunday and fixed the condenser pipe which had come loose (nothing to do with the service or freezing temperatures). Fantastic service, I highly recommend the company. Well done Hometech.
