Home Service Group

The worst ever experience of customer service absolutely atrocious on every level, my advice stay very clear if anything they have to offer, engineer attended site left with less tv channels than when he arrived and got charged £101.40 for the privilege, then came back to collect a tv amplifier which they charged me £202.80 for costs £25 in shop, Don’t go anywhere near these people, writing this review so no one else has to be exposed to there terrible customer service.

Used Homeservice before to repair my…

Used Homeservice before to repair my washing machine and dishwasher, tho fixed washing ,aching and a temporary repair on dishwasher due to pump failing, just used them again to fix my sockets and put up some flat pack furniture. Really recommend these guys, will be using them for all my home repairs.

Leak from from under kitchen unit…

Leak from from under kitchen unit damaged socket Homeservice solved the leak cause my dishwasher drain hose, replaced damaged socked and cleared a block from my sink pipes.
