I ordered a feeding trough which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the manufacturer had sent the wrong size, although a similar product. Homepetshop drove to the manufacturer's premises and obtained the correct one and made sure that I received it quickly. Exceptional care by todays normal standards.

Brilliant
Very helpful, I was trying to find a discontinued stand for our fish tank. Staff were really good, making sure it was the right thing and suppliers had it in stock. Received it within 2 days, fantastic service.

Excellent service
I was not sure when I placed my order whether or not this site was legitimate. I received a confirmation of order e-mail and then another e-mail 3 days later to say my order has been dispatched. Order safely received the next day. I had no problems at all and was very happy with the service I received. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
