I pd 5700 for a heating system I never received. I should have it in 1 to 6 days per sight. IT IS NOW A MONTH LATER, THEY DIRECTED MY BOILER TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I AM NOW FIGHTING TO GET MY 5,700.00 BACK. THEY ALSO.WANT ME TO PAY A 750.00 RESTOCKING FEE FOR AN ITEM I NEVER RECEIVED.

The faucets were delivered in one day! Great experience shopping at Homeperfect: the product, the price and the delivery.

My experience was great and they had the best price online for Toto G5A smart toilet. Fast delivery and communication was good.

The wrong product was shipped. The light is listed as 2700k online but the 3000k version was shipped. We were specifically looking for the 2700k version and would not have bought this if it was listed as 3000k.

Great company, shipped me what I needed in a timely fashion. I had a minor issue and customer service took care of it efficiently and professionally. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Called number to ask about a part availability that appeared on their website but said to call their 1-888-850-3999 number. The person that answered was rude from the very beginning. I tried to be as nice as possible but she was appeared to be annoyed at something and took it out on me. She did not even look or ask for the part number but immediately told me to call the manufacturer. That seemed odd, but I realized this was not going to go anywhere, so I simply asked if she had the phone number and told her who I believed was the manufacturer. She said (and quite rudely and abruptly) "you will have to google it".

I ordered a 48 X 36 inch mirrored bathroom . medicine cabinet. The price was excellent. It arrived in a timely fashion. Not only is it functional, but it is beautiful as well with its fully mirrored interior. Storage is important in a NYC apartment, and it gives me more than I need. The large mirror makes the bathroom look bigger. Christy Landry was my service representative who provided excellent and timely customer service. I would certainly recommend both the company and Christy.

I purchased a Toto toilet from Homeperfect, and received it 2 days after submitting my order. As instructed, I examined it upon delivery, but did not notice a hairline fracture in the tank. Only when I installed it 3 weeks later, and it leaked, did I find the crack. I called Homeperfect about a replacement, and was asked to send a photo of the crack. I did, and the next day was informed that Homeperfect would send a replacement - at no cost to me. It arrived 2 days later.

This was the best experience I've had with a supply retailer. I fully expected to be billed for at least a portion of the cost of the replacement, as their stated policy for free replacement is notification within 3 days of delivery. They went well beyond that policy - to my considerable gratification and surprise.

Calvin really helped me out when I had an issue. He was there for me start to end and I really appreciate it. It's refreshing to have a customer service person that is so attentive and caring.

We have had a terrible experience with this company. I wish i had read the reviews first. We had a water heater fail, and tried to order a new one for this company. They had competitive prices, but we still paid them a premium for the water heater and shipping. They charged my credit card and indicated that the product would ship in three to five days. After letting us wait over a week, they contacted us and demanded a lot more money, saying they had decided they weren’t going to make enough money on the deal. I wrote back telling them that a strong arm, “bait and switch” like this was unethical and probably illegal, and we needed to talk. They immediately cancelled my order! Beware this unethical and possibly illegal company dealings
