Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, with compassion and understanding. In December 2025 my 8 year old cat was diagnosed with asthma. She is finally on the mend with two homeoanimo products that were recommend from Abigail. Thank you so much.

Watch out - refuse to refund!!

Watch out! If your package gets lost, they will REFUSE to refund! I spent almost 200€ on products for my sick dog and the package got stuck in customs for "sensitive materials" and then nothing, no trace of the package. Both my local postal service and Canada post told me the sender is responsible until delivery and that they will get refunded through their insurance, but still they refuse to refund me!!! Dishonest and just downright wrong to prey on owners of sick pets!
