It's the biggest LEGAL scam going!
It's the biggest legal scam going ATM. Once you have this done your house value when appraised is £0. No mortgage lender, equity providers will touch your property, you won't even be able to sell it. We found this out after having it installed 6 months ago.
In order to be considered for equity release we've had to pay out for it's removal and to have it reinsulated.
Don't believe me just google - Foam spray insulation problems or Foam spray insulation and mortgage.
This review will probably be removed, all the others have.

Incorrect information.
The service we received from the installers was very good. However the information given by the representative who came to give information to us before the actual installation of the roof liner, was completely wrong as we were told that it was waterproof, when it is`t. Therefore not reliable.
Excellent experience
The 2 Polish men who came to install the foam in the loft were superb, hard working and left everything neat and tidy.
Fast and good job.
We came across home logic just after buying our house. we didn't really have the funds to get our loft insulated but it needed to be done. the team we met was so good at explaining the process and taking our financial status into account. They booked us in so quickly and had the job done the next day. cant wait for winter to see what difference it will make. Thank you
Everone arrived on time
Everone arrived on time, work was carried out speedily and cleanly all mess and surplus material removed on completion. Well done. Just hope our home is warmer this winter
Helen & John
No Problems
The crew arrived on time.
They were clean and tidy, putting down a mat to walk over.
There was no disturbance to the house.
The job was finished in half a day.
Our experience was great
Our experience was great, friendly and efficient staff and the installation was perfect and as explained and expected. They were quick and left the loft clean and tidy. Very happy with the experience and the outcome.
If you are considering new windows or doors use Home Logic. Solutions for Better Homes.
The quality of the windows and patio door is excellent,
The fitters were extremely helpful and there was hardly any disruption to garden or house during the fitting they cleaned up all debris and left the property clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending the quality of the products, the company and fitters.
Loft Insulation
Fantastic explaination of the product and it’s benefits. Great communication from sales appointment right through to installation. Professional install and an independent test by myself with a heat gun demonstrated immediatley the increase in warmth. Yet to go through a winter but have every confidence in the product and company. Thank you.
An extremely efficient company …
An extremely efficient company who installed my roof insulation within 3 days of placing my order. The installers were courteous and did an excellent job - removing everything from my loft, installing the product, and thoroughly cleaning up after the work was completed. The Company sent me a full set of guarantee and product certificates and promptly answered the few questions I asked to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anybody thinking of loft insulation.
I had HomeLogic to instal Spray foam installed 2 years ago…
HomeLogic installed Spray foam in our loft in July 2022. It was promoted as saving energy. However, they omitted to inform me about the risks of spray foam ie causing rot on the rafters and fire risk. The 2 young guys tore off the membrane without replacing it, sprayed part of the chimney which is illegal and sprayed over the soffits not seemingly knowing that soffits are there to allow the roof to breathe. Also the foam has been applied over the rafters and across the apex which it shouldnt have been and it has been applied too thickly in many places. This terrible work stops us from selling our house as no buyer can get a mortgage or get their home insured!
I only learnt about all this shocking news from having 2 independent surveyors check the loft. They were shocked by the lack of care and skill of HomeLogic.
At my request, HomeLogic sent 2 of their workmen to inspect the loft. Firstly they arrived 4 hours before the appointment and then one of them said he couldnt find any fault. I then received an email offering to apply even more foam over some areas. A dishonest, careless and incompetent company! Their work cannot be remedied. It will cost in the £1000s to remove the spray foam and reinstall a membrane. Absolutely shocking! We may even have to pay for a whole new roof.
Trading Standards advised us about 2 pieces of legislation not adhered to by HomeLogic. I certainly would never trust them again. They clearly dont care about the RICS consumer guide. This is a fact: Buyers CANT GET A MORTGAGE THANKS TO THE SPRAY FOAM which also was poorly installed, blocking airflow in the loft and creating risk of timber rot, mold and fire.
Based on my own research, I am clearly not the only person with this terrible experience and I am certainly not being misled by a 3rd party. The only company that clearly misled me has been Home Logic and they still trying to do so. Everyone can check the RICS consumer guide for guidance. There are many terrible examples of other home owners with the same experience regarding spray foam.

A Professional and Tidy Installation Team
The installation team were very professional from when they arrived to when they left. They explained what they were going to do and on completion showed us what they had done. A neat and tidy job throughout with the minimum of mess during the installation.
The guys adding the battery to our…solar system
The guys adding the battery to our solar system were very knowledgeable and tidy. Really good tidy job with no electrical leads not showing on the walls. Job done in excellent time without hassle.

Harassing phone calls
Harassing phone calls. Filled in an online enquiry form initially but later changed my mind after reading Which? Reviews about spray foam insulation. I explained this on the phone the first time I was called. Then got more calls the same day despite saying I am not interested and don't want contacted. Total number of missed calls AFTER I told them not to call me was 6 on same day, all from same number.
