Ordered water filter for my mother

Ordered water filter for my mother.

Delivery was broken on arrival in 2 different places. And they refuse to fix it even when Swedish law states 3 year return for broken goods.

Do not recommend!

The product seems good

The product seems great,just wish I knew that there had to be additional parts ordered. So I have to wait for them to come aswell.

An excellent knive

An excellent knive. We replaced the original knive we have had for approx 20 years. The only downside after ordering it, was that we had to pay custom charges, to clear customs. Apart from that, every household should have this knive

Never agai

They sell products that cannot be used in EU and then they try to convince you to buy an adaptor. If you say know, they are asking at least 3-4 times if you want to get your money back. Very very annoying, refund is a very easy word to understand. Still money did not arrive back.

The product knife sharpener is 120V…

The product knife sharpener is 120V totally unusable in EU / Irish market.
I have a written to Homeloft on numerous occasions to no avail. Not even the courtesy of a reply.
I have since heard from Homeloft. Their proposed solution meets the issues raised in my initial complaint. The response of Gina of Homecraft was very professional.
