Best flowers I have received, lovely people in the shop, can’t beat them.

The flowers arrived 2 days late and many were brown and past their best.
I emailed a complaint but received no reply, not even an apology.
1 week later and only a few carnations remain, the rest had withered and died.
The sender would be mortified, I haven't the heart to tell her.

Ordered a bouquet for my daughter as we were away for her birthday. Homeland site told me I still qualified for next day delivery by 3 hours so went ahead and ordered for 29th.
Whilst away I awaited the txt from my daughter about her flowers but got nothing from her so on 30th I checked with her only to find none had been delivered. On 30th I also received an email to say flowers were currently being packed ready to send!!
When I rang Homeland l was forwarded on and upon answer was told the flowers had definitely been delivered on 29th, though when I pushed for proof of delivery I was told they just went by the delivery drivers confirmation (delivery note tick) that he/she had delivered. I was then asked if I was sure my daughter had not received them………I halted that route of questioning but held off on mentioning the packaging email in case I was going to have to argue for a refund
No argument necessary as I was offered and have accepted a refund but left disappointed by the service.

Ordered a bouquet from Homeland florists on Amazon on the 16th. At the time of paying they had promised delivery for the 19th. Today I get an email saying my delivery will now be the 21st. So I cancelled the order and bought from somewhere else. This seller thinks it is a law unto itself and that delivery will take place when they fancy, whatever the agreement might be (they've done this before).
The only reason people pay this ridiculous amount of money for a few flowers is because they want them delivered on time. Shop elsewhere this seller is just rubbish.

Ordered flowers for a long term friend who's (21 year old) grandson had died. Recipient was immensely impressed with the substantial, fresh bouquet. First time I've used Homeland but will use again.

1st time used homeland florist. 5 stars. Arrived today on time, our daughter was thrilled. Flowers just as described, pink and cerise carnations with gypsofila. Definitely will use them again and yes we did read some negative reviews. 🥰🥰

I recieved a rubbish bouquet if you can call it that for my 70th....hugely disappointed as I've noticed they seem to put in these mauve roses already dead plus wilting various other flowers that looked second hand then to ring and complain to recieve same dead roses of same colour unbelievable in anouther sad bouquet now I'm being told to adk my son to adk amazon for return they should send it back out of their own pockets. Nothing good about this company just remember us grannies can have a good moan too because that's who I think your taking advantage of mostly.grrrrr

Family member recently received a beautiful basket of flowers. However, the flower basket used was completely misshapen at the bottom, so the basket had a job to stand upright!!! Wasn’t just me that noticed this but every family member commented on it. You’ll lose business if you continue to supply faulty goods.

I ordered a £50 bouquet for Valentine's day to be delivered before 12pm. It is valentine's day ay 3.45pm and after two phone calls they have NOT been delivered! This is totally disgusting as I live 1 mile away from the shop! I want a refund!

Having used Homeland many times over the last 5 years, I have to say I'm starting to get disappointed with their flowers. Every time you purchase they send an e mail saying give us a 5* review on our own website and we'll give you a discount voucher. No wonder they get 4.83 out of 5 on their own website. Anyway, last but one purchase had a number of stems already in bloom and, where it usually lasted at least 2 weeks, it was all over and thrown away within a week. I thought I'd give them one last try but looks like it will be the same again unfortunately. Artived yesterday and most stems already well in bloom. Be lucky to last a week. Won't be using again.

I have received flowers ordered through Homeland Florists twice now. The second time being yesterday. I think the order was placed through Amazon. Both times the flowers and the arrangements have been beautiful and arrived very fresh. The previous arrangement lasted 10 days. I have no reason to think these won’t last so long. They arrived very well packaged and had been treated with care. Would certainly use them myself. The two arrangements I received were as presents from my partner.

I ordered an orange red yellow bouquet and what was received was mainly green white. No red chrysanthemums as mentioned but white . More green leaves than anything else. I would like a resend or refund. Also, no ribbon just a cheap piece of string.

Extremely disappointed. I spent £65 on a dozen blue roses to be delivered to my mother as I am abroad. These were not delivered, instead they sent white with a few blue that I could have ordered on interflorist for less than half the price. When I contacted them they claimed it was due to bad weather and they couldn't get through to me, yet they were quick to respond to me when I requested a refund. They have refused a refund despite not sending what I paid for. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards.

I have used this florist for many years and have never been disappointed in their flowers, however today they exceeded expectations. I rang after 2PM and asked if it was possible for a delivery today, they said that they would do their very best. Well they did and my Granddaughter described the arrangement as "absolutely stunning " thank you so much

Bought a bouquet for Mother's Day. Have known about this florist since I was young having lived nearby and family members have purchased flowers from here before. The last online flowers I bought from another company didn't last long, but these have managed to last for over 2 weeks. Will definitely purchase again. :)

I ordered the superb mixed bouquet package from homeland florist and this was to be delivered on mother's day today Sunday 14th March. I rang my mum and she confirmed the flowers had not arrived by 4pm. I got on the phone to homeland florists only to be told my order was missed off the list! The person on the other end of the phone could not offer any reasonable explanation why or how my order could have been missed. Don't they check that all orders have been dispatched? Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional. No one from homeland florists bothered to ring me to let me know. I had to call and chase them up. This is my 1st time of using homeland florists for my flowers and this will definitely be the last time. I give them a 0/5 for unprofessional service. I'm absolutely disgusted as mum was looking forward to receiving those flowers today on mother's day.

Ordered from this company online 2 days ago for mothers day! Absolutely fantastic service and beautiful quality flowers arrived! Flowers arrived on mothers day as expected. I rang the day before to check they would get there on time and a lovely kind girl was extremely helpful. Superb company will definitely use again! Well done 👍👍

All the recipients have sent me photos, to show how beautiful the arrangements are. They are excellent value, the delivery speed is brilliant and the customer service is superb.

Last minute Mothers Day flowers. Even though they were really busy the girl on the phone was helpful & gave me good suggestions. Called me back with delivery query but sorted out very efficiently, will use again.
