Terrible service, no messages about the house, check in or anything. When asked of something their answer is quick but not always useful.
My 9 friends and I booked an Airbnb trough this organisation on the Airbnb website, but a month before our trip the reservation was cancelled without warning or explanation. When asked about it they wouldn't answer before I had sent 4 messages, in the span of 3 hours.

I had to pay 150€ depostit per swimmingpool bracelet to be able to use the pool, nothing in the advert said you had to pay to use the pool, when i got there, there were only 4 bracelets while we were with 5 people… we didnt want to leave a man behind so we didnt go swimming. After 4/5 days we got the 5th bracelet but we werent in the mood anymore to go swimming. Now that we are back they said 1 bracelet is missing and they kept 150€ because of it. This was just not true as we didnt even go swimming. Dont go to this resort, also power was off for a whole evening, water was off for a whole day!!

HOLIDAY FROM HELL....DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY IF YOU WANT A STRESS FREE HOLIDAY.

WE PAID 5200 EUROS FOR 2 WEEKS FROM 13-08-2022 TO 27-08-2022
WE WERE 2 FAMILIES (4 ADULTS AND 4 CHILDREN) ONE FAMILY LEFT ON 24-08-2022 AND WE LEFT ON 25-08-2022 BECAUSE OF THE STRESS WE HAD TO ENDURE
SO FOR 5200 EUROS WE GOT THE FOLLOWING
1) NO HOT WATER FROM THE DAY WE ARRIVED SAT 13-08-2022. DESPITE FEW PEOPLE CAME TO FIX BOILER. IT WORKED FOR 10 TO !% MINUTES THEN STOP WORKING.
2) MOSQUITOES OUTSIDE AND INSIDE SUCKED OUR BLOOD, MY SON GOT SWOLLEN HANDS AND FEET FROM MOSQUITOES. WE HAD TO GIVE HIM ANTIHISTAMINES FOR COUPLE OF DAYS.
3) NO AC AND FANS NOT EFFECTIVE.
4) RUSTY OLD FRIDAY/FREEZER AND DOES NOT COOL PROPERLY.
5) DISHWASHER WAS BLOCKED, WITH STAGNANT AND STINKY WATER (LATER WAS FIXED BUT WE HAD TO BUY THE SALT AND RINSE-AID SO WE CAN USED IT)
6) SETTEE IN LOUNGE OLD AND DIRTY AND ITCHY SEEMED INFESTED WITH FLEAS.
7) SHOWER WAS BROKEN FIXED 2 DAYS LATER
8) NO HAMMOCK OUTSIDE AS ADVERTISED;
9) PARASOLS ARE OLD AND ONE BROKEN
WE DISCOVER THE OWNER HAD NEW FRIDGE AND NEW SETTEE AND NEW TUMBLE DRYER AND THE HAMMOCK STORED IN LOCKED GARAGE WHICH WAS OPENED BY GARDNER WHEN HE WAS CLEANING THE POOL. SO FAR WE ARE WAITING FOR COMPENSATION DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY, AND INADEQUATE FACILITIES SUCH AS HOT WATER, CHILDREN COULD NOT WASH THEIR HAIR IN COLD WATER, NOR HAVE PROPER SHOWER.

HOMEHOLIDAYRENTAL CORTS, OFFERED TO MOVE US TWO DAYS BEFORE THE END OF OUR HOLIDAY, WE HAD ALREADY DECIDED TO GO HOME 3/2 DAYS EARLY. THEIR SECOND OPTION IS TO OFFER COMPENSATION OF 800 EUROS, WHICH IN OUR OPINION WAS NOT ENOUGH CONSIDERING WE HAD TO LEAVE EARLY AND THE WHOLE OF OUR STAY WAS TAINTED WITH ONE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER AS SOON AS WE STEPPED INTO THE VILLA. AS REMINDER WE PAID 5200 EUROS.
