My order was cancelled and refunded. I had to go elsewhere and paid vat.
No reason given. When I asked why, they could find no reason. It was an error. But one I paid VAT for!

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery. Well wrapped items in box. Free sample of Vitamin D included! Ordered home testing urine dip sticks for a reasonable price and a long lasting date.
I have not yet used the glucose monitor and sticks but it looks well constructed with clear instructions. I would recommend Home Health Products going from my own experience.

Ovulation strips didn’t work
The ovulation strips I received don’t work. They never detected a positive result even when I had strips from boots detecting a positive result from the same sample. Currently I’ve emailed them and am waiting for a reply as I’ve informed them of the issue and requested a refund. They are responding promptly and helpfully so far.

Total liars I paid £50.000 yes you read correctly, £50.00 ( which is ridiculous in its self ) next day delivery and lied saying RM tried when I was waiting for it, these reviews will continue until I get a full refund.

I am very sorry the goods did not arrive on time. The reason the charge was so high is that you selected delivery by 9am; untimed next day delivery is £10.
According to the Royal Mail Tracking, they say they tried to deliver to you at 8:40am yesterday morning (you can see this yourself on the Royal Mail website). I know you have said you were home all day and we believe you, so we have opened a case with Royal Mail and asked them to investigate as to what went wrong.
I understand this is frustrating, but that does not justify sending us threatening and abusive emails.
We will resolve this and you will not be out of pocket, but please refrain from sending any further messages threatening violence or we will have no option but to involve the police.

When i made the order, i emailed customer service saying that i want to get a longer expiry date of blood suger test strip , because last time I received the strips with very close expiry day. However, I received the strips today, the expiry date is also very close, it means i will waste more than half of strips.

This seller is really quite incredible
This seller is really quite incredible! I purchased a blood test kit on their Amazon store and it would not register on their supplier's portal. In UK law, the buck stops with the seller, NOT their supplier yet they repeatedly tried, unlawfully, to pass the buck. Now complaining to Trading Standards, Amazon & issuing press release. Their directors have a history of failed businesses so deal with them at your risk.
Update: Given the company's libelous comments in response to my fair and truthful review, I am seeking counsel and looking to bring an action for defamation against Mr Baxter and his awful company. They should learn proper customer service, rather than rubbishing customers they refuse to help and wash their hands of.

I am sorry you remain unhappy but I feel your description of events is incredibly misleading. There was an issue with your test not registering on the portal and so we asked you to contact the lab directly as they would be able to solve the issues immediately. We would of course have been happy to contact them for you, but this would have simply been adding a middle man to the process and so slowing things down. You then launched a series of vitriolic emails, making multiple threats over what you were going to do to try and destroy our business, including setting up a website with the specific purpose of ruining our reputation.
Given your hostility, we decided to refund you in full to end the matter, but unfortunately this did not mollify you at all and instead you escalated your threats.
I am not quite sure why such a simple situation made you so upset, and I am confused by your claims that we have a series of failed businesses when we have been trading as Home Health UK for 27 years?
Nevertheless, I wish you the best of luck and hope you get the answers you are looking for.

Cannot comment on quality as it has not arrived or even been dispatched. They claim 5 to 8 days delivery. Ordered as a present for Xmas 10 days ago and as far as I know it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Very unhappy will return it if it ever arrives
