Test was delivered quickly. Interpreting the results could be a bit clearer, but as I assume they're not the ones designing the kits, that's not down to them.

So far June 10th I haven’t received my parcel and I’m very disappointed. When I’ve tracked it post office message says they won’t tell me where it is until they try and deliver it. I suggest you change delivery service. Another parcel I ordered went to the wrong house. I know nothing of the whereabouts of your parcel

I'm really sorry about this, all orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and within 24 hours of receipt. Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class within 2-4 business days but delays can occur. I have checked the tracking and can see the goods have been delivered.

No issues with the product. However, they took a week to arrive after the "have been despatched" notice and 1st class postage was paid for at the time of purchase.
