Disgusted! We ordered a table via Debenhams and when it arrived we just happily started building it. Non the wiser we throw out the box with the other boxes we had laying around as we moved into our new home. Once it was built we noticed deep scratches in two of the three nest of tables. We contacted Debenhams straight away and a day later they said we needed the batch number from the box and we had two options (which was stated by this company) we could get a replacement or we could get 10% back (of £60) and keep the item! What? It’s been less than 14 days we should be getting a full refund!! And £6 won’t cut it! We are living in our new house which we paid for nice things and you want to give us £6 back?? No I don’t want another product from you as you clearly don’t take pride in what you are selling! AVOID AT ALL COST! I wish I looked on hear first before ordering however as it was via Debenhams (a ‘used to be’ trusted) company, I was none the wiser

A very bad product. Drawers do not align even after following guidelines and marks for screws. Drawer roll out straight when pulled. A total waste of money. Will have cough out some money to get it discarded.

Delighted with the radiator cover and delivered quickly.

I have placed my second order with home discount which was a step ladder and I can say that the service was second to none.

The item was easy to purchase and I was kept informed throughout. The item was delivered in a fast and timely manner and is exactly as described.

I ordered a wardrobe from home discount Ltd and less than 12 hours later I tried to cancel the order but home discount Ltd wasn't having any of it. They tried to tell me that the order had already been shipped but the courier manifest contradiction of that is clear to see. I ordered it at 11 o'clock at night and tried to cancel it first thing the next day about 9.45am and when I phoned home discount Ltd today the man I spoke to said that they don't work 24 hrs a day because the courier manifest states collect at 22.24pm Friday evening which is 12 and half hours after I tried to cancel it. Every time I tried to explain it to the customer service man he wouldn't accept what the courier manifest was saying and tried to convince me that it had already been shipped before I tried to cancel so if what he said about not being open 24 hrs and me ordering at 11pm and home discount Ltd shipping it before 9.45am sounds impossible because they would have to read the order get the order and prepare it for shipping and arrange for the courier to pick it up by giving the courier details of the order and the courier picking it up in a hour. But I find it funny because they sell the same item through amazon and it says usually dispatched within 3 days. I am disabled with severe COPD and this company thinks that because I am disabled that I am thick and stupid and don't understand how things work but I have worked in warehouses and it would be impossible for a big company like home discount Ltd to read the order get the order prepare the order and shipping it in a hour or two because don't forget the customer service man said that their company isn't open 24 hrs especially large items like a wardrobe. They tried to deliver it to me today but I refused delivery and now it's on the manifest as waiting for approval for return. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company because even the customer service contradict themselves and it's a very poor customer service who seems to make it up as they go along . Isn't it funny that home discount Ltd only responds to 5 star rating reviews but I haven't seen any response to 1 star reviews. It's like they can't be bothered and knows that they are in the wrong but doesn't care about It's customers that has had a bad relationship with them

Bought furniture less than 6 months ago, and the drawers have completely collapsed.

Customer service is shocking, not willing to address the situation or offer replacement or refund!

Scamming peoples money, and sending items unfit for purpose. AvOID!!

I would never ever use them again. We ordered furniture via them. The first peice arrived damage. They agreed to send another, that item then arrived damage. They are refusing to give a refund unless I sit at home 8am-8pm Monday to Friday which involves taking a day off work so they can collect. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wardrobe chest of drawers and bedside cabinet are excellent quality quick delivery, we need another chest of drawers soon so will be ordering again

It was received by the driver who rang me before he delivered the item and I ask him if he could straight in my car as the unit was for my granddaughter and it same him from going up 3 flights of stairs my granddaughter loves it as she is 11 years old

Poor customer service, staff are have no empathy item not received and no refund all they state is it was delivered but to who … very disappointed with the customer service I received.

Wish i could put no stars. Absolutely shocking company. Ordered a black metal bed frame. When arrived i found out it was not as advertised, pictures show wooden slates, but are metal. It looks like i was palmed off with a return. Open packet of support legs and 3 moving around inside. The metal poles were bundled but lose and had caused damage to the headpost as handled. With metal components you'd expect polystyrene to protect parts but all had was a pathetic layer of bubble wrap. When a return was agreed my problems really started, they use a company called DX to deliver/collect, i wouldn't even trust this company to change a light bulb. I have been given multiple days for collection but a no show everytime. They seem a good partnership tbf incompetent together!! 🤬

Bought a bedroom set and received a damaged wardrobe asked for a replacement and was sent a previous customer returned item . No packaging in box to hold boards apart and boards subsequently cracked and damaged .
However 2 stars to the young lady who tried to deal with the issue,

Very poor customer service. Ordered furniture & colour was different go pictures. Colour was ok though. Ordered different jtem but same manufacturer, range & colour but colour was different and did match pictures. Dent this back & asked home discount if I purchased the item from them would it match the other two. They said they couldn't guarantee a match & if I the colour didn't match I would have yo pay to return it. I was also told I shouldn't have assembled the first two items. Customer blaming seems to be how they operate. Very poor service.

Easy to order and was pleasantly surprised to get notification the following day that parcels were arriving later that day

I am very impressed with Home Discount Ltd. Their delivery service was prompt and their customer service was exceptional. The 9-seater outdoor furniture I purchased is of top-notch quality and beautifully designed. I highly recommend Home Discount Ltd to anyone in need of high-quality outdoor furniture.

Absolutely appalling service and really poor quality products. Received the wardrobes and it was broken so new parts were sent which were all again broken! Now we have boxes of broken wood filling our room which the company won’t collect or refund us for! Their communication is shocking it’s been going on for nearly three weeks and we still don’t have a wardrobe or our money back.

DO NOT BOTHER I paid for a bathroom cabinet and after 3 weeks was still waiting for item to be delivered they blamed evri/Hermes but kept sending me the same messages day after day promising they would sort it then gave me a refund ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS now I have to order from someone else
