This website proports to be a journalistic based news source for home defense products. It’s main purpose however is to be a shill for Tactical Traps (tacticaltraps.com). This by itself is not a real problem except that it engages in deceptive business practices. If you scan the website (or its Facebook page) you see products being hawked with many comments by (always) satisfied customers. Of course, on the Tactical Traps homepage you expect this as it’s a profit based business but on a website, that seems (repeat seems) to an impartial source of news on various products you would expect honest and impartial facts and comments. Not so. In fact, if you do post a negative comment on their Facebook page (there is no way to do so on their webpage, only comments THEY publish) they will remove the comment and remove you or ban you from the page. Only positive comments will be found. This fact alone should set off alarms. NO product is perfect and without its detractors. Take their recommendations with a grain (or much more) of salt.
